confused by McGowan's "setback"

i couldn't find the details of what McGowan's "setback" was. it was on tsn.ca today. anyone have any info?

Probably soreness in his shoulder again. Really, the odds of him ever being a serviceable major league pitcher are very low...power pitchers don't often fare well after labrum surgery.

Yeah he's pretty much done. Too bad though, he was pitching great before the injuries.

Because it's a fairly cheap deal with little risk. If he can't pitch any more, the Jays just lose a bit of cash. If he can, they have a very talented pitcher who is still fairly young and wouldn't be making anything close to what he should be for what he can bring (at least for 2010).
