Dammit, I knew that Antonio Davis trade would come back to haunt us.

I always felt sorry for Bender. Uber talented player that battled injuries his entire career. A healthy Bender could have been a very special player.

Damn, he's only 28. Right in his prime, should be interesting to see what type of game he has.

Was he supposed to be a CB clone or a KG clone?

I gotta see him play.

Hopefully the Raps will respond and bring Nate Huffman out of retirement.

Knicks are wasting a roster spot. I think a trade is coming.

I remember getting excited when we drafted him, only to immediately trade him..Injuries never let him show what he could do on the court as a 7 ft SG/SF/PF......

Walsh was at Indiana remember, so this is a personal favour to Bender.. I doubt he plays, he'll probably be a practice guy and maybe get into blowouts.. This is just to say he tried and leave the league on his own terms.. If he actually contributes I'll be very very surprised..

I can't believe he's still only 28, there's definitely hope there for a revival there a la Chris Anderson.

Love Bender, I see him and Anthony Randolph as very similar players. the dude can dribble, shoot, block and is very agile! He's in that same Randolph, TMac, Durant, etc. mold! his weakside defence could ahve been as good as Camby, while his offence could have been Lamar Odom! I really wanted the guy to succeed, so happy he's getting a second (third, fourth...) chance!

I remember I used to dominate people in NBA Live 2000 with the Pacers. Reggie and Bender were one of the best video game duos I've ever used.
