Who cares if fans cheer in a loss. Fans pay to have a good time and if they wanna cheer in a 30 point blow-out where we lose 131-101, then let them. People that say it's "embarassing" that fans cheer in a loss take the NBA way too seriously even though they are in no way affiliated with the Raptors lol

I'm a big raptors fan too, but damn let ppl cheer for whatever they want

I agree with the OP. let them cheer for what they want. It's free pizza... you guys never done anything in your life to get something for free? I hate this attitude... "I'm mad that the team lost so I want others to be mad too. It makes me even more upset to see them happy when they should be just as angry as I am. RRRGH"

It's not that the fans cheer when they get free pizza. It's that they boo when they don't. There's a difference. It's called class.

At first thought it seems embarrassing, because fans cheer louder for a piece of pizza than they do for the game......on second thought it is embarrassing, but I think at this point most people know it's silly and just cheer anyway.

I agree with the OP 100%. There's way too much whining about the crowd's reaction to getting or not getting pizza. Case in point: the post above me.

Who the hell cares if the fans boo. They paid money for the tickets. They pay the players salaries... they support the entire league. If they want to boo they can boo.

Exactly. I've seen these fans boo when the Raps have won but only got 99pts.

The thing is , we don't care that much, it was the OP who cares that much that started this thread.

I can't stand it. It's depressing and an insult to the game. It makes the fans look like the most casual fans in the NBA.

They should just change the promotion to give a free slice of pizza if the Raptors win. Screw the 100 points. It looks stupid that fans will cheer for pizza, even if we're about to lose the game.

I think one Pizza Pizza thread will do.
