AA is very well spoken and seems to have a pretty good understanding of what is in front of him and how he is going to tackle it. it's not hard to see how Beeston became impressed with this guy.
He is the antithesis of Ricciardi in my opinion, especially in the attitude and demeanor he portrays whenever you hear him speak. Accommodating, provides some insight into his decision making process, doesn't take offense....all things I never got all that much from JP when he spoke.

I know eh? In the summer I would have been all over that. I guess the Jays policy of not trying to win is wearing on me.

AA is definitely well spoken - makes a casual baseball fan understand the business more. He's like the only guy in baseball I hear use the word "controllable" when talking about contracts of his players. Now I finally understand how baseball players usually stay with the club that drafted them or at least traded for them in their early years.
