They televised Strasburg's AAA debut. Watched a decent amount of it at Molly Malone's last night.

Sick. Just sick.

No hitter through six before he hits his innings count.

Suddenly my Nats/Reds and Nats/Pirates tickets are looking alot better for June...

Another great outing for Strasburg at AAA, which runs his scoreless innings streak to over 21 in a row.

They are talking about June 4th as his debut date now, but who knows. I'm sure it has to do with "development" more so than "marketing" and "money."

Strasburg goes today in his final tuneup before next Tuesday.

Somehow I doubt he'll throw much...

Will the game be sold out?

1) Movement 2) Application of fundamentals 3) Predictability

I hear ESPN is televising the game on one of it's flunky stations, can they spare it?

LOL. Nats/Pirates, Tuesday Night on the ocho!

Apparently as per the scoreboard at today's game, there are some single-seat tickets available for the debut, especially in the club section (start at $95 a pop). You do get some perks with that, including a nice, (wait for it) LEATHER chair!!!!

Biggest debut i can remember in ages and i'm pretty dissapointed it isnt on a station that most people get. Wait till Harper gets there you wont be able to buy a seat.

I'm gonna try and get 2 tickets to this game on Tuesday even if it kills me. They will have $95 tickets in the empty luxury suites for Tuesdays game. Sale starts tomorrow at 1, so who knows how many tickets will be available. Probably less than 100.

There are tickets available on stubhub that might drop tomorrow morning in price if people panic they won't get a buyer at all.

You could also camp out for the five dollar tickets that they release every game (I take it they still are for this game) but I imagine you would have to show up at Nats Park at an obscenely early hour. Sales for those generally start 2- 2 1/2 hours before the game--I imagine you'd have to get in line for that at latest by early afternoon to be sure.

I would certainly come on out to the Park anyway to talk to scalpers very close to gametime. Worst that happens you watch it in the Bullpen...

They are doing the $5 tickets but I work during the day and I'm not gonna rush over thre and try and buy a couple. Those things will sell out within the minute. Dibble did say thy will have standing room seating for this game, but again, where do you go and get these? The box office? You only live once, and watching his debut will be something I will remember for a long time, so hopefully they have enough tickets. And if not, oh well...
