Nats at Os - interleague

Post#1 » by pineappleheadindc » Sat May 21, 2011 2:16 am

Well I guess, typing this halfway thru game 1, the Nats found their bats.

Let's leave a few runs for tomorrow, guys.

Bummer. It's like they scored all their runs in the first game and didn't have any punch left. I fear what the bullpen will be like come July because guys like Burnett and Clippard are going to wear down.
Bickerstaff: who's up for kickball?!!
Ed Wood: Only if it's the no-pants variety.

This series always pull me in even though I'm normally jsut a box score watcher. I can't get upset at either team winning, but the lack of key hits by the Nats was killer in game 3 of the series.
