Hey there,
I just learned today that Boniface N'dong is working as a Player Development Coach for the Nuggets.
Since he was the coach for the youth team I played for back in 1999 (along with Dirk's mentor Holger Geschwindner), I'm curious how he is doing with the Nuggets.
Does anybody have any insight on his work and reputation in the Nuggets organization and the NBA in general?
Edit:
And since I also used to play (semi-)pro ball with Stephen Graham's cousin, out of curiosity, same question for him.

I don't know that any of us can give you an educated answer about player development coaches, we don't really know who works with whom for the most part. Graham has obviously done well as he has been here for a while. The one thing about it is our roster is full of guys that we have developed, so obviously our program works and those development guys have done well.

Agreed with the above, and you're probably better off asking that question to some of the folks who cover Nuggets/reporters on Twitter, perhaps somebody would answer (Mike Singer/Harrison Wind/Adam Mares etc)
