Game 7, Round 2 : Denver Nuggets #4 @ Oklahoma City Thunder #1 (3-3)

Post#1 » by THE J0KER » Fri May 16, 2025 3:56 am

In 2023, we routinely won the title without much resistance from anybody, so this upcoming game 7 is potentially the most important game in franchise history!

This is not just a knockout game, but make my words: the winner will take the 2025 title! Stakes are that big!

I said in 2023 that the winner of the WC-SF series, Nuggets vs Suns, will win the title. I didn't say it before the start of this WC-SF series in respect of the great Celtics team, but after Tatum's injury, I can't see anyone stopping Denver (or Oklahoma) until the end. Minnesota is a worse team after the KAT-Randle trade, while no chance we're going to underestimate them again like last season after a 3-2 lead or after a 2nd half +20 lead in game 7. New York and Indiana are the same level teams as Minnesota, not with Nuggets or Thunder.

Two days of rest will be well deserved for this team, they're showing a LOT OF GRIT ! I still believe we have the BEST starting 5, especially left in the playoffs. If Strawther can stay at this level of production (for this season and further on), WB recognizing this is his last/best shot for a ring and Watson bring SOMETHING to the offensive side equal to his defensive skillset for nine more wins, we may have more than one Championship in the future.

20-39 disastrous 2nd quarter will probably ruin the whole season. But it's still not over despite only Jokic-AG-Braun trio played well in 1st half.

Before the start of the final quarter, we need only one little thing to reach the conference final:

a miracle

Well, looked like Mission Impossible but further than we were expected to go.

Trade MPJ, Strawther, and picks for Kawhi or KD

Would not add the picks for either of these guys, Kawhi has serious injury issues and KD is already 36, he doesn't have a lot of years left on those tires.
