I sat in Section 112, and if you think the refs gave the Sixers the game, you need to get a grip.

- The "and 1" that Thad Young made that the refs took away...

- The lane violation that all of a sudden was NOT a lane violation...

- Fouls that occured on the floor that the Nuggests got FT's for...

Whatever.

I thought that the only guy who played with urgency for you guys was Martin...he was KILLING us. If 'Melo, Camby and some of the other guys played with as much urgency as he did, you might have won the game.

Good luck the rest of the season.

I just think they didn't give as much of a s*** as Philly. I mean, they give up roughly the same amount of points in each of the last 3 games and they think 168 will magically appear on the scoreboard each time?

AI's at least been there and knows how pathetic it looks to not give your best. K-Mart came back from his knee surgery so he gives a damn.

Now we just need Nene who almost died to get up on this team and tell them to be glad to be here. It is just a game, but it's competition and it's accepted that as long as you play your heart out no one can fault you.

I'm almost at the point where I don't give a damn about the ref calls anymore. Despite those calls, Denver had plenty of chances to take and keep a lead. Miller's just teachin' them what he knows. And Reggie's offensive rebounding and efficiency was a factor.

I think the no goal tending call was blind, but I'm tired of the Nuggets putting themselves in that position to begin with by being blind on defense.

Your absolutely right. The only ones that played with any sense of urgency were AI and Kenyon. The rest of the team couldn't give a **** about winning or the playoffs or even their teamates homecoming. **** pathetic. This team is becoming unwatchable with the inconsistent effort. They don't give a ****, so why should any fans?

The team does respond to fans.....even more so this year. I think they get carried away in the praise and forget the fundamentals. Well, they got the praise because they executed the fundamentals well.

THE REFS? Hello did anyone watch this game not to mention Detroit, Chicago, Milwaukee, Atlanta, Charlotte,New York,Clippers, Boston, Utah, Orlando,Lakers, New Orleans, Pheonix, Houston. What do these games have in common? Ridiculous bad defensive performances. I mean look up the stats...60% shooting last night and tonight. Unbelievable !!! Look at Karl's defense. On the road for God knows what reason they are playing some weird switching defense where they are running from their man to someone else's man while leaving there man unguarded and giving themselves awful matchups with no defensive position. The law of physics will state that if you are running toward the offensive player and the offensive player is running to the basket of course they are going to blow right by you!!! Camby coming out and half ass playing the pick and rolls leaving him on the perimeter and leaving softies like Kenyon and Melo to block out Evans and Dalembert. IF you have guys running around on defense like their heads are cut off they don't have the ability to block out....We gave up 42% offensive rebounds....league average is like 27%, last night 37%.....TERRIBLE. Can you imagine what would have happened if Philly didn't shoot 54% from the foul line. Whatever happened to old fashioned man to man defense. What is Karl doing out there? THis is one of the most terrible coaching debacles I have ever seen on one unit. I am $#@* speechless! The players are being coached to play switches that they don't understand and the COACH can't make an adjustment. Our offensive is playing wonderfully, all we have do is play below average on defensive and we would have beaten the Bulls, bucks, philly, hawks and bobcats and we wouldn't be in this position...KISS THE PLAYOFFS AWAY and thankfully KISS KARL AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!GOODBYE FAT BALD COUGH DROP SUCKING JR BASHING DUMB $*&*# GO COACH THE CBA AGAIN or maybe somewhere in Siberia.

Camby has been absolutely embarrassing these last two games. Melo drifts in and out of games on a whim it seems. AI at least gives a consistent effort, if not always a consistent performance, though played well enough today to get a win if anyone else showed up.

Kenyon usually plays hard, and was on his game tonight.

I feel bad for AI - you know he wanted this one bad, especially after the ovation to start, and to miss the tying J and have Andre Miller go off in the same game has to be tough. Andre had the advantage of his teammates caring though.

I lost count of how many loose balls Camby, Kleiza, et al let slip through their fingers. Camby especially. May be the worst DPOY in the history of the league.

Yeah. What is up with the butterfingers these days? We might as well have kept Reggie Evans. At least we'd have rebounds on a night like tonight.

I missed the game. Why didn't Chucky play very much? It's a shame we let this one slip. Cmon Nuggets, I still have faith!

12-21 on the road and counting. I won't be surprised if they lose to New Jersey friday. The Nuggets are a great offensive team but I think next year Karl should try to slow the game down a little. Cleveland doesn't have any great individual defenders and their offense stinks but because Mike Brown slows the game down he gives them a chance to win. They play defense almost like the Spurs except without Duncan and Bowen. Jeff Van Gundy used to coach like that for the Knicks. I hate that style of play because its ugly basketball but it works. Boston is winning because they have Van Gundy's former assistant Tom Thibodeaux. If George Karl gets the boot I would love to se Thibodeaux get the job. Offense is great but defense wins championships. Also the perimeter defense is so porous that maybe Karl should dust Diawahra off the bench and give him some minutes.
Thats why Im easy easy like Sunday morning.

Could this league do something about bad calls. They can/do drastically change and even control NBA games. I mean I continue on a nightly basis to see at least 4 or 5 calls that are clearly poorly called and could be easily fixed with a quick replay or officials that actually have good eye sight.

I would be for that only because some of these guys walk the ball down the floor throughout the game. If they are going to walk the ball down the floor, they need to gear the game toward a slower pace. If they are going to push the pace, then hell yeah keep running.

Also, running and then stopping just because there is a defender there on transition D, does not mean the fast break should stop. The guy that runs the ball up the floor either needs to determine a better path to run the ball on, so he doesn't run into a defender head on, give the ball to a better handle, or have wings converging down on either side that can slice the defense......

What I see constantly is run run run, ok there's a defender, stop.
