How do you stop Lakers fans from getting tickets though? You really can't so there really isn't away to stop them from coming to games. They have the biggets fan base nation wide or maybe it's just here. I've been to 5 Lakers games and it's always full of stupid Lakers fans.

Season tickets. There must be a boatload of window tickets for the playoffs up for grabs and lack of season ticket holders claiming them beforehand. Of course there will be Laker fans there, but there shouldn't be that many unless there are too many tickets just up for grabs.

absolutely NOT! i'd love to see an energizing coach like pat riley. but like the GM said a coaching change isn't really an option for us.

Well we gave it our all and still came up short. The refs made sure we had no chance of winning. They made way too many bad calls against us period. We just have the worst luck finally when we play worth a damn the refs **** us over! Kobe once again though saved the day for his team in the fourth with his clutch shooting. Jr smith had a great game and kept us close all game but our two stars once again played subpar. 22 points for iverson and 21 for carmelo just isn't good enough gonna to win games for us. I was glad to see NENE helping us defensively tonight. But once again Camby doesn't produce for us offensively. If we are gonna make it out of the first round we need a center who can actually score. We need a center who can give us at least 15 to 20 points a night to make us compete.

All series it looked as though Karl and the Nuggets were thinking of schemes or gameplans not to lose, rather than thinking of ways to just go out and win. The Nuggets were beat even before the series started.

You guys should be better than you are. I mean you won 50 games in the west playing incorrect basketball. The problem is that your offense is one dimensional. You're primary pieces are one on one players that need the ball to operate. There is no system in place that forces ball movement to get your other pieces involved. I mean Kleiza can be all star in the right offense, and you have a secret weapon in JR Smith. Let me tell you something....that guy is gonna be GOOD. He's only 21 I think?

AI and Melo are not good complimentary players for each other. If one of them has to go, I say trade AI for two or three solid role players and build around Melo. Bring in a solid veteran big man to mentor Melo and help him mature. It has to be somebody that he respects, because obviously George Karl isn't that guy. Alonzo Mourning would be PERFECT next year for you guys in a veteran role situation.

That may be part of it, but a lot has to do with ticket agencies buying up most tix that are available and then making $$ of the re-sale. I don't live in Cali anymore, but I've been visiting and was able to see game 2 that exact way. It sucks, but I also saw some Denver fans when I was there so I know how u feel. And u can't say it's unfair if we're the ones paying to see the game live. This has been my first season not a half hour away from Staples and I went to 3 games at Staples while visiting family and 8 games on the road (I live in a lucky spot 2-8 hrs away from 6 diff franchises). It has been quite fun to be against the home crowd and I always remain respectful (though fans in Cle hounded me when we lost there in Nov, lol) but this is what makes sports fun. There was this kid about 8 yrs old who was definately a Nuggets fan booing us and cheering for the Nuggets (at game 2 in LA) and I really enjoyed that. I don't care if u like my team or not, just show some passion and there's no reason we can't cheer for diff teams and still show good sportsmanship. I for one was happy to see ur team play with some heart 2nite, would have made it an interesting series had they played like this all along.

That's what happens when you wait a week before the playoffs begin to start selling tickets. Every other playoff team in the league, including the Warriors began selling tickets almost a month before the playoffs began. When you wait until the week of, matchups are pretty much already decided, and other teams' fans know who they'll be playing and can buy tickets.

first of all before the series started i thought the nuggets would only win 2 games. this was a bad matchup for denver. the lakers have their number. as much as i am disappointed in denver i got to give credit to phil jackson for his coaching against denver. the lakers did not let denver expolde offensively like they did in the regular season. the lakers are not a great defensive team but denver is tailor made for them. they have no great low post players and they play terrible defense. im dissappointed in a.i because he had a bad series. in the regular season he at least averaged 7 assists a game. i dont think he had 7 the whole series. im mostly disappointed in carmelo though. iverson is set in his ways but carmelo is still young and he has to realize i he wants to win when it counts he has to be a better all around player. its hard to beat a phil jackson team with two one on one players. i dont blame j.r for being a one on one player because his job is to bring instant offense off the bench. i dont know what this team is going to be able to do as far as trades but i know George Karl isn't the answer.
