Denver Nuggets vs New Orleans Hornets - Game 2

That was an awesome second game, I'm very impressed with how the Nuggets controlled the game, and didn't let any small Hornet runs turn into big runs, so they never really got back in the game once Denver got out to a bit of a lead.

I think it's amazing how much of a difference a few changes to the ball club has made.

So this is what it's liked to not get slammed out of the gate in the playoffs. I'm still not completely sold, until I see how we play on Saturday. Like a lot of those guys were saying in their press conferences, the NO/SA series last season was composed of home court blowouts, and NO was up 2-0 in that one.

Beautiful to see Carmelo handle the double team like he did. He didn't force the issue, guys cut, he found them.

Chauncey is a stud, plain and simple.

Nice efforts by guys like K-Mart and (gasp) Dahntay Jones.

The T on Birdman was ridiculous.

Man, the playoffs are so much more fun when you're on the winning side.
Our defense has been **** incredible. If it keeps up, this'll be over in five max.
It was nice to see Melo get his shot to fall, while not forcing it and playing smart as well.

Actually, I think JR is my favorite part of it. I love it when other players get into it. I have never seen our bench get so into games, like they have done this entire season. I love it.
