Dallas doesn't scare me at all. The match ups weigh heavily in our favor. If they beat us, it would be a true upset.

Mavs fan here and please tolerant my english...
If the official lets you guys play physical to beat up mavs like the way you did to Hornets, it will be a tough series for the mavs and i honestly think Nuggets will win in 5 games... However, we will be a better opponent to you guys than the Hornets, I do think that when mavs plays underdog without so much pressure on the shoulder, they play better ball, just like not many mavs fan would have thought mavs would finish spurs in 5.
Having said that, Nuggets is no doubt a better team in this series. Good luck to you all and hope there won't be any injuries and Cuban-JR fight.
PS: If you guys beat my mavs, please do me a favor to defeat the freaking lakers!!!

Everyone has a right to be stupid. Some just abuse the privilege.

K-Mart will be able to frustrate the hell out of Dirk, and Chauncey should be able to limit Kidd pretty well. In all honesty, Barea scares me more, but he definitely can be knocked off his game with the physical style the nuggets have relied on in the first round. Josh Howard is the worst matchup to me-- he averaged almost 19 PPG in the series against the Spurs.
I hope Karl finds a way to keep Nene from getting switched into poor matchups, because that created an awful lot of opportunities in the lane for Paul during our first series. Jason Terry & Barea will feast on us if that doesn't get taken care of.
Down low we actually have a really strong advantage. I look for rebounding to be the real decider in this series, because if we can limit their two-shot possessions you might be looking at some more blowouts.

The Mavs are a pretty good rebounding team as well. Dampier is a decent rebounder, Dirk averages 9 a game, Howard 7, and Kidd can get you 10 in a game if needed. If the Nuggets beat the Mavs, it will be because of their defense on Dirk.

LoL Frustating Dirk isn't going to stop him from scoring all over the Nuggets.(FYI he averaged 30ppg and 11rpg against the nuggets)
Man if you're thinking the Nuggets will even get close to a blowout you must be hanging out to much with the Birdman. Im not saying ya'll won't win but it won't be blowouts. Another thing i'd like to add is that Regular season does not matter in the playoffs. So it doesn't matter that ya'll swept us in the playoffs like Snake said this is a different team and everyone is healthy from our team. I don't like to predict series but this one sounds like it'll be good so ill say MAVS in 6.

He scored that against us alright, but you failed to mention the part about him shooting well below his season average 44% to get that 30 point per game average against us.

The low percentage was because he missed some pretty open shots remember the last game he missed that wide-open one to tie it then sorry ass Antoine Wright got the rebound took a sorry fadeaway when Terry was wide-open to his right with 5 seconds. I also failed to mention that he got to the line 9.4 times a game that's practically nine points already because there's not much of a chance of him missing so that makes up for some of his mixed shots. Plus in the playoffs incase you haven't seen him he doesn't settle for the jumper like he used to in the regular season. He drives first then shoots that's when he's the most dangerous. Even though he averaged like 18 ppg in the series against the spurs. It was because he didn't get many shots and the ball was spread around.

Snake is absolutely right on everything only the Mavs will win in 6 maybe less.
I see alot of you saying ooooo we swept the Mavs 4-0 during the season. Are you serious? Nah really, are you kidding? If your a basketball fan you know come the Playoffs none of that matters anymore. Its a whole new season and whole new game. If you want to go by season then your dumb. Josh Howard didnt play in 2 of those any way and i could go on and on like yall do.
This is going to be a great series as much as i hate Denver and the way they play its going to be a good one. Lastly We (Mavs) Do NOT play anything like the Hoenets. Completely different styles and we have more than 2 people that can score consistantly. Lets Go Mavs and Good Luck to both teams.

It will be a good series, and as much as you make mention about Denver having to play against a team with more than 2 scoring options, well the same can be said about the Mavs, they aren't playing the Spurs in round 2, so it all equals out imo. Enough of the talking, let's get this series started already. I will leave the talking to Cuban on twitter.

Regular season means nothing but it's a good indication.
eg. Lakers vs Nuggets last season, Mavs vs Warriors the year before.

I mean I still have faith, but wouldn't be surprised if the Mavs make use sweat the way Bulls did the Celtics...
Well maybe not like that.
