Good all around game. More ball movement, Nene was effective, Hopefully Birdman is not injured too bad. We cant afford to lose another big.

I'm pretty happy with tonight's game. With everyone trying to figure it all out the end score was actually very decent...and I mean how many pretty games early season can we say Nugs held other team to less than 93 pts?

This game had a very team feel about it.

Guys finding answers in this game. Good to see cramping down down the stretch and get the win rather than start off hot and survive at the end.

AC doin acceptable but we need Ty to get major mins in next couple games really!!!

I like Petro Hook shot ..... If he really game tuned by the playoff time would be nice Insuring for case if Martin does not return /knock on WOOD big time/

REST UP GOOD NUGGIEZ. Schedule closing regular season is JUST TOUGH!

I like Petro's hookshot A LOT - just wish he'd make more than 10% of them. lol

Seriously. Could be a huge lift to the team if he'd just correct that one thing.

Guys, wish I could say good game, but I just can't, hahahaha. I'm a Portland Homer. Hey, how's the birdman today? With all of the injuries the Blazers have gone through, ya really hate to see any player go down. Hope it wasn't too serious and he's back out on the court again for your next game.

I gotta say that I really hate his new look. I guess I haven't seen him in a while, but what made him so unique, besides swatting everything that came close to the basket, was his hair-do. I just can't get use to the longer hair and that mustache HAS to go.

Take it easy and get back to #4 so you can give the Laker's a some trouble in the 2nd round.

+1 to the thread title... Birdman got injured.

+1 This has a team feel about it... although it seemed to me players forced themselves to pass the ball, instead of passing happily like they were before GK and KMart dramas.

+1 I don't know what's AD thinking by playing Chauncey so much... he's worse than Karl... he rides his best horse to death, then when it dies, he regrets why he didn't give it enough rest. Some people are so stupid, I don't know if they have brains. This is common sense stuff, not rocket science. Chauncey looked so old on the road trip, Jason Kidd would look 25 next to him... he can't run, can't jump, his legs are giving up on him. And you know playoffs is approaching, and you're still playing him 32 minutes north... it's crazy.

Yeah. Give Lawson some minutes, I'm sure he's hungry for some.

You hit the nail on the head....I saw it with the pistons. Pistons went to to finals in 2004 and 2005 with Larry Brown.

When Flip Saunders coached the pistons from 2005-2008 all the starters (except Tayshaun) were over 30 and he played them all 35-40 mins during the regular season to get home court adv in the play-offs. Pistons had the best record in the league.... but by the 6th game of the ECF they were all worn out and lost that game every year. Why is Chauncey playing so many mins, nuggets have AC and Lawson who seem pretty good?

^I kinda remember Pistons fans were concerned about Billups' stamina...

If I were AD, I'd start Lawson and bench Billups the rest of the way. Give Billups some 20-25 mins, Lawson some real darn meaningful minutes to get his mojo going before playoffs... and AC well 2-3 minutes lol.

I really think we need Lawson's productivity and that's more important/ crucial than worrying about Billups' stamina. Lawson is our offense buffer when things get stagnant and J.R. having an off night... and I dare to say he's the team's 3rd best overall defender after KMart and Afflalo. His strength, positioning and game IQ on the defensive end are more much more advanced than normal rookies.

Everytime he's on the floor, we're more effective on both ends, I fail to see why this doesn't translate into playing time.
