AC
Allen
Graham
Just because all three suck.
Kmart is a maybe depending on what we get back.
Dantley is fine as a 2nd assistant, which is all he should be, I have said for over a year he was not going to be a good choice for headcoach.
As for Melo not being a franchise player, I would love to find out who you feel is a franchise player, if Melo doesn't qualify that leaves about 4 in the league.

Side note: I don't think Melo is a franchise player. Once Billups retires we should look into trading him for young all-stars and 1st round draft picks.
If Melo is not a Franchise Player how would you get back young all stars and first round picks??
Also name the other Franchise Players in the NBA

Do you know Joe Dumars decision to draft Darko and not Carmelo is one of the biggest blunders in NBA draft history?

Unless AC stays strictly as a 3rd string PG, I wouldn't want him back.

Get the hell outta here with that Kashy. Melo is deff a franchise. Not the most athletic. Or even best. But a franchise non the less. Do you know how many teams would love a player like melo? I just got dumbed down reading that lmao. I'd rather have Melo that Steve, Duncan and Dirk. Just Me. I dont even know how you can put Manu Ginoblili in tier II. lol.

Who would the nuggets trade him for? I wanna hear this. I'll tell you this, once he's gone. Nuggets will be bottom dwellers again. He's the glue. Yes Billiups took him a step further. But ALL teams need two stars. Or a huge supporting cast.

Looks like we have a Snake, Jr.
You seriously think it's important/necessary to get rid of an assistant coach? In other news, I really hope they dump their media relations guy.

Kashy is exactly the kind of poster that made me quit posting on realgm gets my blood pressure to high... Melo is an amazing talent and is indeed a franchise player... btw wade will be slowing down while melo is picking it up did you remember wade is o,lder than melo and has been way more injury prone. Sure he won an NBA championship but how far has he gotten since shawq left?

Get rid of them all. Our starting 5 next year should be:
1. Dylan
2. Dylan
3. Dylan
4. Dylan
5. Dylan
We don't need a bench.

Re: 5 Nuggets you don't want on the roster next year
Obviously, AC and Allen shouldn't really be on any NBA team.
I would move Martin or Nene although not both, its one or the other, for a guy like Bosh. If Bosh is unhappy in Toronto, Toronto obviously can't get back matching value but I think that we have the best Talent to offer for Bosh.
I would also package Balkman in a deal if the Deal was right.

You guys would appreciate Tacos more... when in the playoffs he's delivering those flagrant fouls other Nuggets would not do. Those flagrant fouls would be important... you guys will see. And when he's knocking down those 20+ footers in the playoffs, you'd want him back.
The only Nugget I want traded is Balkman... cmon, he's not gonna play and he makes $2 mil a season... trade him.

Re: 5 Nuggets you don't want on the roster next year
Easy.
1 - Melo
2- Chauncy
3- Nene Hilario( I refuse to call him Prince/Madonna/Hammer/Ice/Slim Shady/etc. yo.
4- Birdman (fly away, homie)/ JR - tie
5- George Karl
Obviously I welcome back K- Mart, as I value his disruptive influence.
I'm also hoping ARTEST will leave the Lakers for Denver. He would fit in well here, along with K-Mart and Sheed.
Big Baby Davis?
(oh oh , he's gonna be really mad)

Re: 5 Nuggets you don't want on the roster next year
Two guys I don't want on this team next year:
- Nene should be traded... I was the one who said we should trade him for Noah... you guys laughed. With Noah, we know we're getting 10+ rebounds a night, the defense and even the points he scores is more consistent than Nene.
I feel like the nights when Nene scores 20+ points, most of those points come in garbage time, usually when we win in blowout... thus those scoring nights hold little meaning. When we need him the most in important games, what do we see? 3 pts, 2 rebds in Spurs game, all of the disappearing acts should really wear out on the Nuggets.
Ship his ass... hopefully we can get a high draft pick for him. Remember Portland offering us #3 (Deron Williams) for him? Smh...
- J.R. Smith needs to be traded. I don't care if he's gonna be a bona fide 30ppg franchise young money SUPASTA on some other team, he needs to be gone. He's just not gonna get it. Since March, I see dribbling, dribbling, dribbling, and then a shot. He goes to the paint less than ever, makes plays less. I see a taller Iverson... who hoists 25 footers as if every game was "J.R. Smith practice". All of these are starting to outweigh the 5-6 three pt make games he occasionally has. The defense has never gone above average... this guy looks like he gets it, and then three weeks later he goes back being the same ol J.R.
I have nothing against J.R. or Nene... both I believe are great guys off the court, the former can give you a car of popcorn for free, but they're just not the right ingredients for a Nugget championship recipe. Their inconsistency is the bottom line why they need to be shipped out... can't have inconsistent performers on your team if you dream of winning a championship... unless they're the 9th or 10th men, which they aren't. When you have integral players are inconsistent, then you will have a system with all sorts of problems.
We start the summer by eliminating inconsistencies, and we'll be off to the right track.
