Thunder is key to Denver's door to the Finals

Post#1 » by DakkaFromNyc » Sun Apr 25, 2010 6:45 pm

If OKC beat the Lakers, then the Nuggets will make it to the Finals

1. Beat Jazz in 6 games
2. Then take OKC to 5 games
3. Then beat Spurs, that will beat Mavs then Suns
4 = lose to Cavs in 5 games

BUT if OKC lose to Lakers. Lakers take Denver in 6 games

So you're looking past this jazz team that has been handling you quite well so far then you think that you would beat the thunder in 5 games when the thunder have looked like the better team in the laker/thunder series? Getting a little ahead of yourself there.

From what I saw in that series, the Thunder are even more explosive than the Jazz... The Jazz are more structured, but Thunder are playing on a high. They're playing with momentum and confidence now. I'm not so sure I want the Thunder more than the Lakers. We're struggling as hell guarding Deron in transition. Westbrook and Durant will kill us.

I cant believe this thread was started on Sunday. I do like the optimism, however. Could still happen. :D

Well, since worst is coming to worst for you guys, maybe Jordan will make a new commercial to make you feel better about having the only "super star" in the league that has never played defense in his life.@ even sniffing the 2nd round.

Word is, South Beach is ecstatic that they
won't be seeing Millsaps talents again this season...
