have u guys been watching the nuggets summer league because ty lawson is playing very well and his jump shot has improved even though alot of u dont probaly agree but i still think we should trade billups for a good center and have ty lawson run the point lawson is younger faster better around the rim and a better passer than billups and lawson shot is improving but anyway is their any other moves we should make i think its trading billups

Biggest problem with your idea. Team just resigned AC. Trade Billups, AC is the backup PG.
I am on the trade Billups band wagon too, to start Lawson, but AC would be a problem. Wouldn't mind having Sessions to backup Lawson. Cut AC, even though he was just resigned.

As backup PG, AC will get minutes. GK is in love with him and a true center won't make up for that. AC is a huge negative on the court.

It's bad enough AC was just resigned, a trade that gives him more minutes would be outrageous.
I have a better idea...How about GK play Ty 20-25 minutes a night so Billups can be fresher at the end of the season.

I don't think we trade Chauncey unless we clearly get better and frankly, I can't see any other team giving up a good center for Chauncey

I think we need Chauncey this year unless we can move him for a huge upgrade. He becomes very valuable to us next year IMO because he can be cut and will more than likely take far less to finish his career here and give the team a little bit more cap relief to bring in more help. On a smaller contract, it becomes much easier for Ty to completely transition into the starting point guard with Chauncey bringing some shooting and change of pace off of the bench and allows the hometown hero finish a great career in the place it started.
