Hopefully you don't also miss Melo when he leaves to play for another team. Many thought Melo was just an opportunist volume shooter with the Nuggets, but maybe they will also be glad to see him as an alright player for another team. Sometimes the upside for a team that loses their main player is the lottery - good luck.

is that the best you can do? put words into Nuggets fans mouth about Melo? Of course I know that your team just lost their franchise guy to go play 3rd banana to 2 real franchise players, and you guys are just trying to find a way to deal with the whole idea that your team went from irrelevant to laughable, but keep hyping up our throwaways, your board keeps me entertained. I mean you guys may remember what it was like to have good players in addition to one guy who you called a franchise player, but then again you have never really had more then one good player at a time. As for the Nuggets being in the lotto, well we could always join you guys although I doubt we get as good a draft pick as two of your top players are the Nuggets scraps, but then again i doubt our team is dumb enough to allow Melo to pull the same promise only to leave that your GM allowed Bosh to pull. Either way keep enjoying our scraps, and maybe the next time the ping pong balls bounce in your favor you can get more then a soft jumpshooting big that refuses to rebound or play defense.

Everyone's seems to be defensive and on edge. Reminds me of when Raptor fans were in denial about Bosh's inevitable departure. I guess our fan-bases aren't so different after all...

I absolutely HATE being categorized in the same class as Raptor fans.... Almost as bad as being in the same class as NY fans, but not quite.

No one here is in denial. 90% of us know that Melo is out the door. We arent quite so glum on it though, because unlike Toronto, we will get something back.

And I dont knwo about being defensive. It was a raptor fan that somehow equated Sonny Weems to Melo.
