I'm so ready for melo to be gone so we can see what our roster will actually look like. Damn do we need more size.

i'm a Magic fan, so don't hate me for being somewhat ignorant of the Nugz, but...

that was a bit of a statement game for your bench guys. considering the unstable status of Melo, an expiring Kmart and Billups, this performance surely has to give the GM a bit of confidence that maybe the Nugz are capable of rebuilding on the fly, right?

Awesome game. Damn let Lawson start, he's obviously leapfrogged past Billups at this point.

Shelden Williams is also looking pretty decent. I think he could be a decent roleplayer for us.

It may give them more confidence although I am not sure it should. Most Nuggets fans can see we have plenty of talent in the backcourt, the problem is that we do not have the bigs. If they could get us a couple of bigs deserving of minutes, and then use Kmart's expiring to get us a SF later, this team could still make some noise even without Melo. Although I do not think they can be anywhere close to contenders without Melo.

I am not so quick to say that Lawson has jumped over Billups, but even if he had, I do not see karl ever starting Lawson over Billups. I would be happy if Lawson got more minutes then Billups right now, especially with the way Billups has looked so far.

just thought i should let you guys know that you are all **** for having Lawson lol, and I'm extremely jelous. I'm stuck watchin Bargnani become the face of the franchise and you guys got lawson and JR and a red hot Afflalo, among others. You're future is looking good, melo or no melo. I'm trying to look at the positive impact of Bosh leaving my beloved raptors, but you guys seem like you'll be good to go especially with whatever assets you get in return for melo, but im sure you all know that anyways. Melo leaving denver is not going to set you back that far.

Thank You, and you are right depending on the pieces the Nuggets get back they are not in near as bad of shape as many want to believe. They need good healthy bigs, and a decent starter at SF and they may still win 50+ games.
