JR and Nene....

Post#1 » by dukeknicksirish » Fri Apr 22, 2011 2:55 am

What will happen to these Nuggets???

JR wants out of Denver

Nene probably will not come back to Denver if they get swept. He could get big money somewhere else and have a better chance to win...

What does Denver do in the offseason if these two guys walk from the team?

Nene has been very clear in saying he wanted to come back, and honestly with the way Jr has been acting the last few games, and his comments today, he can go, it will not hurt the Nuggets much.

JR is probably gone at this point. Ild like to bring back Forbes to replace his spot in the rotation.

You may want to read about Nene prior to commenting on his future. He has said repeatedly that he wants to stay in Denver which is where his wife is from. The Nuggets management has also stated publicly that they would like to keep him. I'm doubtful Nene can go to a better situation for more money than the Nuggets will over him anyways.

JR is gone and most of us have known this for a long time now, Kmart is gone or at least he should be imo. I am not sure about Chandler, but he isn't exactly doing anything to increase his value, so he will probably be back. I am pretty confident that Nene and Afflalo will be resigned.

If/when JR does leave, who takes his spot and becomes the next victim on the roster to get thrown under the bus? GK has to have a scapegoat, so he can point the finger at someone besides himself.

I have a feeling it will be either Nene or Gallinari, unless the Nuggets figure out how to get a top young talent through trade. They are the only ones with great talent that will be left on the team.

Sorry, that will never happen. GK is a little insecure boy, who must always be a bully to some player on the team. He has been this way his career, he is lucky to have had really talented teams to carry him through the regular season, then he gets exposed as the bad coach he is in the post season. Dude should have been fired long ago, but his buddy Stan would rather see this team sink than get rid of his buddy.
