I'm quite confident that Chandler will be back in March.

u think k-mart would make a return to the nugs?i like brewer and mozgov but they just seem a little raw. I also feel like wilson chandler would be a welcome addition back to the nugs.

I don't like Brewer and am not that high on Mozzy (though its kind of irrelevant since neither play PF) but I really don't want to see KMart back here. With Andre Miller on the team, its a guarantee it wont happen.

Whilst the 4th Qtr was sloppy, I did like what I saw from Brewer. He guarded Odom most of the qtr and held him to 0/5 FGs for 1 point, and 2 TOs.

Brewer played with energy, and almost had a highlight dunk on Williams (had he not been fouled), and collected 4 rebs, 1 stl and 5 pts. His crossover step back jumper was looking good (something he worked on with the Mavs Coach last season), and he had a missed dunk from a nice back door lob from Miller.

Rudy looked a little rusty and his shot wasn't falling, but I expect these 2 players to be solid contributors this year, especially on the 2nd game of back-to-backs.

I was THAT sure that K-Mart will sign for the Knicks but he was watching last night´s game in Dallas, therefore, he´ll resign with the Nuggets, no doubt!!

Who really knows what Kmart was up to, he was a nugget for 7 years, i am sure he still has friends on and around the team. I would put no faith in the idea that it shows his intentions in 3 months.

anyone else really impressed with big al. he looks mobile and he's running the floor well. He came into the game and just opened up the lead with his shooting. Really like his game off the bench.

I really like the way he played, hopefully he continues long enough to up his trade value so that we may get something for him

I was waiting for someone to bring up Big Al. He was a Big (Al) reason the Nuggets blew the game open in the 2ndQ. I was one people in favor to amnesty his contract this year but glad he's still around after what I saw yesterday. Keep it up, Big Al.

Big Al has a chance to really show George Karl and the Denver fans that he is ready to be a solid contributor again and great scoring option off the bench. He makes our 2nd unit so much more dangerous and can spread the floor, post up and shoot mid range jumpers.

Man, its so exciting looking at how deep this squad is. Considering that Dre, Al, Rudy, Brewer, Anderson are all capable starters on most NBA teams, theres no reason why Denver cannot score 110+ ppg whilst also playing solid defense. That 9 minute stretch yesterday vs Dallas of holding them without a field goal was evidence of that defense and thats what will win Denver games this year. It all starts with defense and Denver have plenty of players willing to do the 'dirty work'.

anyone think birdman looks really bad out there. He is slow and and just looks like he is aging out there. I thin koufos would bring alot more energy than an aging birdman. Also i hope denver brings back ill will because he can play multiple positions and brings alot of defense with him. Hopefully he finds his way back to denver since its not guaranteed rudy will return to denver following this year.

Yeah, Birdman looked awful. He's just way too jump-happy out there. At this point, I think everyone in the league knows that a pump fake will get him in the air every time and you can go right around him to the rim. He's always been better at home so we'll see, but I'm starting to think Koufos would be more effective.

Harrington played awesome, and he looked like he was in great shape. I really think he can be the leader of our second unit. While the bench has a lot of competent scorers, Al is the only one who can truly create his own shot. I think we'll miss Jr in that sense, but Al can fill his shoes.

Awesome win, can't wait for the game tomorrow.

ty is amazing.

everyone else looks like they're playing in slow motion. and the old guys look like they're playing in super slow motion.

i'm just worried that over 66 condensed games he'll wear himself out being everywhere at once. much rather have dre finish out the blowout wins, even if he's getting abused by beaubois.

gallo looks pretty darn good too. back to playing more like he did against portland before he sprained his ankle. i'm confident that outside shot will start falling...he's too good for it not to, and then he should be around 20ppg

harrington looks solid. very happy about that. could be very useful off the bench because the other guys will tend to struggle to create good shots for themselves. harrington can at least get up decent looks.

nene/aaa were nothing special....but to be expected with a very short camp and them missing a lot of it....and they'll probably both play a little mentally weird after signing big contracts.

nice way to start the season. i'm expecting a big blowout against utah too, being the first home game and catching utah on a b2b after a late night TNT game.

Return to Denver Nuggets
