I will at least throw in a thread for this one. Don't have whole lot of time to fancy it up but better than nothing.

Let's bounce back at home!

Go Nuggets.

I hope George Karl doesn't go small ball again, it didn't work yesterday and wont work today.

I want to see brewer get 10-15 mins today and really show what he can do, because Rudy is playing like utter crap. His shooting has gotten worse for 3 years straight. If his shots are not falling, then he should just set up his teammates (he's actually a good passer).

We need Timmy to have another solid game and stay out of foul trouble. Lawson needs to play alot better today and Galli better start knocking down shots

I guess i am ok with Karl using Miller towards the end of the game along with Ty but the thing is schedule is not suited for him to burn out both PG's like that most of the games. If he is using Miller at the end why can't he chop the minutes from Rudy at 2 spot and hand it to AAA?

Rudy RUDY RUUUDYYYY!!!!!! Red Flag! He makes me wish we get back J.R REALLY.

Mozgov is coming around, needs to get PT more and more forward.

Good to have a Win. First win of the year. Congrats.

Great bench play tonight. Al, Andre and Birdman were really good tonight. I like Rudy but he played badly. Still don't write him off.
Can't understand what some of you're talking about. Mozgow was destroyd again by Bynum. First half? Three quick, stupid faulls and nothing else. But yeah, he made me laugh with that flop. That one was great.

I think we all should admit three things

1) Nuggets got a several questinable calls. Most of the times they're the ones being tossed around by refs. Tonight? When Kobe loses his handle it's like 90% of the time whistled as a faul. Gasol was fauled couple of times, no call. Hope to be it more often.

2) Galo had three or four times lay up/dunk from the left side. Is there someone who didn't think "couldn't you do this yesterday?" :D

3) George Karl had an amazing diet. Hope it's that and not by his health status.

As usual, Bird can only play good at home... Perhaps Karl will notice this in the future and leave him there on road trips.

It was a nice win, but this team has some major problems, and i don't think they are going to go away.

Galinari's defense on Kobe the last 2 games have been impressive, but what happened to his offensive game/ confidence? Personally I still don't really like his game, and would prefer they trade him as soon as Chandler heads back from china.

Andersen seems to have lost his fire and looks like crap especially on the road, I think he still has the game as he showed the last few weeks of last season after the Melo deal, but he seems to need someone else to get him going these days.

Mozgov seems to have some solid talent, but i don't think he is ready to be a starting center, the guy should be getting 15-20 mnutes off the bench while he develops his game against some of the other bench bigs for awhile.

Where is Koufos and Farried, Andersen has been struggling and should be traded, not that the new season has started I think most of us can admit that even if this team makes the playoffs they are not a contender, why not develop the young bigs who have shown they have potential during the summer and preseason?

I still cannot believe that the Nuggets big additions with that TPE and cap space prior to the season starting were Rudy Fernandez and Corey Brewer while both are decent spot minute guys, neither one of them are really good enough to replace the scoring or rebounding that the Nuggets lost with JR and Chandler. If your true goal is to build a contender you do not do that by downgrading both your bench at the 2/3 and by moving a young center in the lineup as a replacement to your best defender.

Overall I am disappointed in this team, and still do not really understand what the goal for the team is, personally I hope some trades happen to fix the bench and add a stasrting quality big, but I don't see them doing a whole lot right now, as the coaches and front office seem to believe the hype and that the Nuggets are a half step away from being contenders.
