The nuggets came back from a 3-1 deficit in the series and came back from a 16 point deficit in this game 7 so we were not an easy out. The team is young and the future is bright.

I am happy with achievement this year. Guys played through tough series and came back from 3-1 deficit and fell short. Future is bright with this team and i have a complete faith in Ujiri and our FO.
Hope we keep McGee on a reasonable contract. With the right coaching he will be All Star Level Center in this league.
I am not going to whine here no more about Karl but we have to get a right long term system here in place as early as possible. Karl is a good regular season coach & i will just leave it at that.
Good season fellas, hope we all stay in touch on this board. Take Care All!

At least they went down fighting, for a sec it looked like they were gonna roll over. I'm gonna have nightmares of Blake from downtown and Kobe's epic 3 at the end.

I feel proud the way guys played out till the end simply.
I only have a question mark on Gallo.

Hell of a series, and the Nuggets young guys all learned the tenacity you have to play with in the playoffs to get somewhere in the future.
Most of us knew they were not going to beat the Lakers, but it is still a hard lose to take right now.
the inexperience and nerves are what cost this team the game, half of them seemed to forget how to play those last 5 minutes of the game.

Artest canceled him yesterday. Ron is now playing some of the best ball of his life, props to him.

True, but you have to give props to the Lakers, who also played extremely well.
The huge momentum shift was the 3 pointer by Blake (I think?) when Denver was up by four.
Denver needs to play better offensive sets. For doing that, it's fundamental that Faried develops a reliable 15 foot jumper to get better spacing.

Artest shut him down but Gallo has played like crap since he came back from his 1st injury, whether he just never got back in shape or lost his confidence in himself is really the question.

I give our guys credit for fighting as hard as they did when nobody gave them much of a chance. They showed a lot of heart and didn't roll over like nearly every other Nuggets team of the past has done. That's saying a lot considering their youth and inexperience in the playoffs.
This team could go in a lot of different directions in the offseason. I'm excited to see how Ujiri handles it.

It's a mix of things. He definitely struggled with the 3 ball, and that is hard to excuse. If he'd shot the ball better, Denver would have won the series.
The problem is that the team changed a lot when he was out. Nene out and Faried in, for instance, ando also Rudy left. Gallo used to play much much better with Nene, better spacing and better pick and roll play.
Denver right now doesn't have a big able to play the pick and roll, and this is a problem for Gallo and Ty. Mozgov is probably the best one, and that says it all.

Gallo has injured his hands or wrist 2 years in a row and his outside shooting has suffered because of it. If you watch him shoot free throws he can obviously shoot. Just needs to stay healthy. Wish Moz played more. I think he is better than Kos. Wilson and Rudy coming back will help. This team is only a stud draft pick or a stud free agent away. The great thing is they are a team. Not a 1 man me first diva show.
My eyes glaze over when reading alternative stat (not advanced stat) narratives that go many paragraphs long. If you can not make your point in 2 paragraphs it may not be a great point.
