Laso: It seems like Rudy could be here next season

Real Madrid head coach, Pablo Laso, talked to Radio Marca, analyzed the ACB Finals and said that Rudy Fernandez could be part of Real Madrid next season.

It looks like Rudy Fernandez could be playing for Real next season. I would like to have him in the team. It would be a great addition as he is a very determinant player. He came to see us one day and I hope the deal will be done soon. He knows the players, the environment and the coaching staff.

I guess that depends if we pick up his option or not.

Personally, I wouldn't do it, but if we can't find any decent shooters in the offseason we may as well keep him.

The Nuggets don't have an option on Rudy, he is a restricted free agent, but that only affects the NBA he is free to sign with any team outside of the NBA.

Return to Denver Nuggets
