If you listen to the audibles and watch the way everyone else directs him you can tell... Juancho makes a lot of mistakes in terms of defensive assignments, positioning on offense, and all that. But those are all rookie mistakes, and I think it's reasonable to expect more awareness from him down the line. He's got a jumpshot with a sweetspot to boot, which seems like a blessing with the way some of the other Nuggets shoot the basketball. It really is a shame that none of the forwards were moved... especially with one of the two vocally expressing disinterest in the team.

I did not hear the show today, but Beasley has limited handles which would make it hard to be a PG, I have expected to become more of a 3 and D shooter (his Defense is bad currently but hopefully improve) which fits perfectly off the bench at SG.

Agree that Beasley has limited handles, so does Harris - but they're "OK" for SGs and either would make a better 3rd string than Barton (who is Malone's 2nd string PG). But what do I know? I thought Nurkic was going to be a good player. ;-)

I haven't got to watch a lot of Beasley, mostly just highlights, but in those videos he has some impressive passes/assists. If he c an work on his defense, should be able to work on his handles as well.

Beasley with a 22 and 10 game, shooting 53.8%.

Nice to see his shooting percentages coming up.

and to continue looking at Beasley; how about 32 points, 19 rebounds, 7 assists? even against D-League opponents, that's impressive
