Leadership Needed
Plumlee said the Nuggets need leadership and when asked about Millsap, he said Millsap is a fairly quiet guy. Seems to me the Nuggets prefer the quiet-type and that's the team they have built. Why? How far back does that seem to go? Who was the last player that was a team leader?

We need a Billups-type leader too. We need an Alpha to rally those young players as well.
