I check the NBA General Board once or twice a day but don't post often.
I check the NBA TnT Board once or twice a day and post responses 2 or 3 times a day but seldom start a thread.
I tend to avoid other Team Boards but my two favorites are Portland & Utah with an honorable mention to Charlotte (based on how those forums are run and treated by their regulars.
I do not check other sports' boards very often.

The Knicks' board for me. Reading the posts there always makes me laugh as Knick's fans are obviously delusional. They have to be to put up with Knicks' ownership.
Canned in Denver.

I will check the general board occasionally, and the trade board when I am bored, other than that I usually avoid team boards anymore.

I used to like the Celtics board, the mix of delusion and trades they would discuss was always entertaining.

The Raptors board has always been the most active, and you can find some good information from around the league. I also love the factions, I did not check last year but I would bet there were some posters still talking about blowing that team up in January.

I would read some teams board when rumors came up involving those teams, just to see what they are hearing and discussing, you would be amazed at how much you miss.
