Nuggets should win - especially at home. Atlanta lost in Portland on Sunday in an OT game.

IDK maybe Denver more needed lose like this to finally wake up than expected routine win at home against lottery kindergarten which playing without suspended 2nd best player?!?

Denver started first quarter with the 12-0 run and started the final quarter with the 12-3, so the rest of the game was true nightmare including season's worst defensively game, and defense is our best part of the game this season so far. Nuggets scored the most points so far this season in this game, but the offense was also far from perfect with starters trio Jokic-Harris-Murray shooting just 3-22 for threes.

Plenty of offense but only 22 FTs - means they weren't heading to the hoop enough.

No passion on defense. We have some good defensive players but we don't have any physical defensive players. We need some passion.

Pretty sad that Trey Young outplayed every guard on our roster combined

First it's Trae, not Trey. You should really get that right.

second of all, nothing to be ashamed of. You got Trae Younged. It's gonna happen a lot to a lot of teams over the next decade +.

Settle down, I wasn't slighting *Trae*....I'm slighting our guards who are paid handsomely to show up and compete against Trae

"Trae" LOL Sounds like someone's feeling protective of his young player. RealGM frequently has mis-spellings on names because not everyone memorizes every name and some are posting on cell phones which frequently "correct" spellings plus not everyone is anal-retentive about their typing in general.

"Trey" didn't beat the Nuggets. He had a good game. If the Nuggets had played defense against anyone else, the score would have been much lower.

The Hawks played a very good game on offense and a poor game on defense.
The Nuggets played a very good game on offense and an even poorer game than the Hawks on defense.

I wouldn't say 11-41 from 3 was a very good game, they were a bit lazy throwing up all those 3's rather than attacking the paint. I'd def say Trae and his 8 3's beat us. We let him have his way with us, couldn't bother to get up on him.

Might disagree a bit there, when one guy scores almost 1/3 of the opponents points I'd say he took advantage of the lack of defense and BEAT US. If the Nuggets played defense against ONE guy we would have won...but we didn't.

True - but it's also true that Phoenix lost when Booker scored 70.
