Team as a whole? Solid A - the sum is better than the parts IMO.
Coach Malone - A ... (juggling the depth, dealing with injuries)
Jokic - A- ... (slow start but now? Wow!)
Plumlee - A- ... (accepting the changes and giving solid effort
Millsap - A- ... (except for the injury issue)
Grant - B- ... (not consistent enough)
Barton - A ... (maybe his best season ever)
Porter - B+ ... (great on offense, learning on defense)
Harris - C ... (great on defense, not so good on offense)
Murray - B ... (still needs consistency)
Morris - B ... (nothing spectacular but quite solid)
Others - C ... (inconsistent)

Re: Halfway Grades
Interesting online article from CBS on Nugget's mid season grades. https://www.cbssports.com/nba/news/nuggets-midseason-report-card-nikola-jokic-picking-it-up-but-defense-disappearing-for-second-place-denver/
Overall grade of A-. I find no fault with anything NuggetsWY has posted here and this article supports those conclusions.

Canned in Denver.

Re: Halfway Grades
Coach Malone: B- ... (5-5 vs 5 worst teams, scandalous MPJ treatment until Christmas, but also great defense in opening 2 months)
Jokic: B+ ... (C+ in October and November, A since December)
Plumlee: A- ... (he playing his best, and he cares)
Millsap - B- ... (actually overperformed my expectations, but I can't give $30M player more than B- for 12-6-1)
Grant - B- ... (C before December, B since)
Barton - A+ ... (played better so far than I thought is his ceiling, but I still think he is not a good fit for Denver system)
Porter - A+ ... (his "per minute" stats are perfect, it is not his fault he gets so ridiculous playing time until lately)
Harris - B- ... (at some point near All-NBA defensive 1st team, but his slump in the offense now seems like new reality)
Murray - B+ ... (arguably our 2nd best player, but not improved as expected)
Morris - B ... (nothing spectacular but quite solid)
Beasley - B- ... (step down compared to last season, but the fact is his playing time reduced)
Juancho - C+ ... (I expected much more from him after very good FIBA World Cup this summer)
Craig - C+... (sorry, but the good defense can't compensate G-League level offense)
DENVER - B+/A- ... (franchise-best 1st half, but a team this good should better use perfect schedule and also develop MPJ)
