MEM has been playing well as of late and given our still pending injuries, this is a very precarious road game. Joker should be strong against JV but Barton will need to step up and our bench will have to play out of it's mind. Interested to see if Grant can continue his good play, even against JJJ. Ja Morant will be a test for Barton, hope it's mutual

46 points in the paint in a single half, the most some team scored this season in NBA, so Memphis lead in double digits on halftime. Bad offense, awful FG%, and bad defense combined.

Well deserved loss. Grant was very good offensively, Jokic was good, and 2nd half defense was good. That's all...

Grant definitely must be a starter. He needs Jokic to show-up. In Oklahoma, he was also way better as a starter.

It has been said many times, a team tends to take on the persona of their star player. Jokic is not athletic and I'm okay with that because he's almost always in the right place at the right time, but is the rest of the team losing their athleticism because they are trying to play like him?

Jokic prefers to pass over shooting. It sure does seem the rest of the team is taking that approach now. It's nice to see Porter launching shots without fear. Hernangomez finally took a few shots. But Morris play 34 minutes with only 8 shots. Harris only took 9 shots. Barton took just 10 shots. Craig took only 5 shots. That means that Jokic & Grant (our starting bigs) took 33 of the 57 shots our starters took.

Starting Craig & Harris leaves us with too little offense to start a game and when Barton has a bad night - it's very hard to win.

I admit I saw only the first half so I have no clue what happend in second. This game was perfect example of "why could I've never been a coach in NBA." I mean I love Nikola as everyone of you. But after this? I wouldn't play him for the rest of the game after first quarter while screaming at him "if you don't care get the F out of here." And then give him DNP-CD next game.

I feel like... If you just want to be good, then ok, this team is and will be good for next years. But if you want to be great team, you need to bring like... ****. Guy who pushes others around to be better. Guy who might act like an idiot sometimes but he energizes others to care. Or doesn't act like idiot but has that aura around him.

I mean I don't need Nuggets to be a contender to like them. But it's kinda sad to see that potential going away. Like 'member when Chauncey came? That team was older and added more injuries to guys like Nene, K-Mart, Camby... But they were like "no bull anymore."
