Re: Offseason Thread
He reportedly wants to stay in the NBA and the Nuggets are reportedly working on bringing him back, but I doubt there are many rumors that will come out, Kroenke's really do not seem to like leaks.

"Not that it's bad. It's just real different."
Finally, a voice of reason amidst a storm of Nuggets negativity. It belongs to Lawson, the team's MVP and Colorado's next NBA All-Star.
His voice of optimism clashes with the talking heads still whining over the firing of their buddy, George Karl. Lawson's voice isn't in sync with the negative Nellys who swear the Nuggets bought a one-way ticket to the draft lottery for basketball eternity.
Lawson's voice is on the money. Sorry to bust up the pity party, NBA. The Nuggets are going to be just fine, thanks. To take two steps forward, they had to take one step back.

Nothing. Minny dumped Ridnour off to Milwaukee so they had enough to sign Brewer outright, which is fine by me. We have no use for Ridnour or Barea here.

the eternal bliss of knowing corey brewer won't be attempting any more 3's for the denver nuggets, or randomly helping off steph curry to double team carl landry 22 feet away from the basket.
at least in the foreseeable future.

Ill miss his effort and heart, but not the shooting obviously.
Any chance we would be interested in a S&T for Gerald Henderson? Not sure what they would want exactly, but he seems to be coming around as a solid 2 guard. Maybe too late though.

Foye shot well from 3 last year but only .397 overall so he's not a great shooter. Other than the Shaw signing this off-season has been very questionable, they really had all their eggs in the Iggy basket. All that's left is to see what Shaw brings to the table.

my vote is to replace stone with Dwight Buycks. Partially guaranteed 1st year... 2 team options.

We are still trying to keep Mozgov and we are retaining Melvin Hunt. That seems like a great move. He will be coaching the summer league team. The rest of Shaw's staff is still yet to be named.
Oh and the Pepsi Center is adding the largest video screen of its kind. I guess Kroenke isn't really that cheap...

I think the Nuggets plan on Green being the 3rd PG, also the Nuggets do not really have any room on the roster.

Not that I can see.

Don't know much about arturas karnisovas, but he comes from the Rockets and was a Euro league star, hopefully he will bring an analytical side to the player evaluation, while having an actual players view.

Re: Offseason Thread
Nate would be a fantastic backup and this news makes me happy if it means shipping off Miller.
This is assuming that Shaw doesn't like playing two PGs together.

Seems like Miller will be tough to ship off...nobody gonna want to pay $5 mil for an old backup pg.....until injuries start to occur

Dallas maybe the last hope with Devin Harris having injury problems they need another PG.

Re: Offseason Thread
I would love Nate if he's ok with a 6th man role. He brings great energy and it seems like he plays 100% every night. He single handedly won the Bulls some games in the post season. I think a Lawson/Robison combo would be very hard for opposing teams to stop
