It's less than a month ago. It was kinda funny after that talk how the front office is cheap, that we can sign Conley for peanuts, sorry couldn't resist it.

Actually kinda like this, Howard stepped up when he needed, let's see where this goes.

He's going to get way more than that[Stein] The Jazz are preparing to offer Mike Conley a 3-year, $75 million deal
So you like to be an "I Told You So" kinda guy ??? That kinda pathetic, dude![]()
This forum is based on OPINIONS, nobody has to be RIGHT or WRONG, best to learn that now
Some like to say "I was right" and I don't mind; especially when they are also willing to say "I was wrong".

Nuggs looking at Doug McDermott as a backup/replacement F for Jamychel. Really comes down to is if we can we sign him for less than Green wants. that is the question ??

Isn't McDermott a SF though? JMG is more like PF/small ball C, in theory both could play

And for 1 year only guaranteed? I would think that green will be able to get a 2 or 3 year deal
I really hope millsap is not RE-signed. And I like green a lot. I just want to see Cancar and bolbol play. I want to see NNaji a 6th-7th man role
It’s malones biggest criticism. Of course you should want Barton, green, and Millsap back. But then we never see or get any value out or another group of young players w talent. Like last time where all 3 of Beasley, Vanderbilt, and Juancho had to all go together and for half value.

Davis BertAns
Lonzo Ball, Bogdan Bogdanovic, malcom Brogdan
Rolo and Boban Marj
That’s my list of guys Nugs should go after.
anything to get wizards to take some of Millsap, Barton, or green from Nugs in a s&t. Or maybe monte Morris for DAVIS BERTANS

Maybe I am a little slow today, but how does the Jazz signing a guy who has clearly declined to a contract that almost entirely puts the Jazz in the luxury tax for the entirety of the deal disprove that the Nuggets front office isn't cheap? The Jazz which are in a smaller market than Denver paid more for their top 2 bench guys than we did for our entire bench last year which only goes to prove that our front office is cheap. The Jazz are likely to pay more in luxury tax next year than the Nuggets have in their entire history. If anything the fact that the Jazz are willing to spend while we are reading reports that we may keep Barton as he is willing to take a discount shows how cheap our front office and ownership really are. We should be a contender spending what it takes to win, not cutting costs and getting cheap. The fact that you tried to use some weird gotcha instead of trying to make an argument that the Nuggets are not cheap shows you are in denial and only prove the point of my post.

Well, Malik Monk becomes a UFA, not sure if we have the same interest since we drafted Hyland but who knows.

I would love it if we could convince the Hornets to sign and trade him here for our TPE and a little cash before they renounce his rights fully. Reading up on him his attitude issues in the past are worrisome but if you can get him on a 3 year deal starting at $5.2 million and the last unguaranteed, than I think you have to do it. His shooting would do wonders for our backcourt.

That would've been a disaster move IMO. I like the 2-yr deal, long enough for us to replace/trade him

True, but you never know in this market, wouldn't be the craziest thing. JMG is also coming back:

Feels like the same as the proposed Barton deal, like the duration as it gives us trade control but I still believe he's just taking mins from Nnaji.
