Re: Offseason Thread
If we're going with what Josh said, I'm pretty happy if we can keep Iggy.
I want to see this same team go around again except with more disciplined players (ie not Brewer) and some shooters, and perhaps even a full season from Wilson Chandler.
Will be happy with Shaw or Hollins if Iggy is back. Do not want Hollins at all if Iggy walks.

Glad to see Josh took a shot at Doc Rivers. Doubt anything transpires, but it shows some aggression and initiative.

Re: Offseason Thread
I am not much of a Doc Rivers fan, he seems to be a good coach but I think he is getting a little over hyped these days, fact is many people wanted him run out of town before the big 3 got put together, and now that they need a rebuild he is openly talking to other teams to get out of town despite his huge contract. Just does not seem right to me.

seems like that might of been "leaked" to hurry the clippers up and trade a pic for doc, Im sure denver is fine with it as it is holding up them hiring a coach and im sure the celtics are fine with it because it gives them leverage.

Denver lost masai and fired George karl. I'm sure they like this leak because it makes them look good. they hire a cheap guy for the front office (who has a good rep) and the coaching hire will probably be a big surprise (and a budget guy)... so this doc leak is just fine with them i'm sure.

Carl Landry who has opted out would be a good pickup.

Even though Aldridge probably doesn't want to play here, he has 2 years on his contract would anyone take the chance? Say an offer like McGee + Faried for him.

Given the trade of Koufos the Nuggets pretty much have to sign Mozgov now, hopefully the contract is reasonable.

Chris Tomasson @christomasson 14m
Source says Nuggets guard Andre Miller could be traded this summer. Doesn't fit in long-term future & George Karl, who loved Miller, is gone

Re: Offseason Thread
Heck yes, should give Fournier the playmaking duties when Lawson's out. Seems like this is going to be a very good year for Fournier to develop his game, hope he takes advantage of the opportunity that seems to be getting bigger and bigger by the day. (Gallo injury, Iggy and Brewer FA's, Miller being on the block)

it would be absolutely fantastic if the Warriors get desperate after losing out on howard and chase iggy. these rumors of dangling Harrison barnes are just too good to be true and I'd love to get him.

Howard is a much better player then igoudala, I am not so sure that the Warriors would offer Barnes for Iggy.

Brandon Krisztal @BK1043 37m
I just heard from a well informed source that The #Nuggets 1st offer to Iguodala was 5yrs $63 Million...
Still don't know if Krisztal is all that dependable, but this offer would not surprise me, $12.6 seems a high starting point to me, but who really knows.

Re: Offseason Thread
According to Raj Sharan of ESPN Denver, the Kings are considering offering a max contract to Iguodala, who is an unrestricted free agent after opting out of the final year of his contract with the Denver Nuggets earlier this offseason.
Sharan also reports that the Kings will likely not match the four year, $44 million offer sheet that Tyreke Evans signed with the New Orleans Pelicans. Instead, that money may go toward luring in Iguodala.
Don't know how reputable Raj sharan or the website this was posted on, but some seem to think it is real.

Looking at Sham Sports the Kings would not have the money to give Iggy the Max without a sign and trade and the Nuggets taking back at a minimum $5 million or so. Maybe they can work out deal and get Thompson or maybe Evans since he has reportedly not signed the Pelicans offer as of yet.

Re: Offseason Thread
Honestly if it takes more than that to resign Iguodala, I'm not sure I want him back. $63 million is probably my limit.
Good news on the Mozgov and Andre Miller fronts. Who might be interested in Dre? Utah seems like the most logical fit.

Maybe the Nuggets can sneak A miller into the deal and get back a couple of the Kings role players it would not break my heart and they need a distributor badly.

I'm thinking maybe Fredette and Outlaw for Miller. Both could be good scoring options off the bench and they're buried on Sacramento's bench. That in itself sounds really bad, but both players seem like good fits for the Nuggets. Thoughts?

Outlaw has been terrible for year, if we are signing and trading Iggy to them then I want some guys who can get off the bench.

Adrian Wojnarowski @wojyahoonba 32s
Sacramento is offering free agent Andre Iguodala a four year, approximately $56 million contract, league sources tell Y! Sports.
Don't think I'd match that. Also think Iggy will take slightly less to play with us than to take that and play for Sac.
