Game 4: Den.. oh who gives a f'. The team doesn't.

Post#1 » by Nutty Nats Fan » Sun Apr 25, 2010 12:41 am

So it seems obvious, Denver doesn't give a f' about winning this series. So I say we shouldn't give a f' about them or making fancy game threads. So those bunch of losers get this.

I'm challenging them to play up to their level.

In that sense...

Post an ugly chick. Hot chicks don't like losers.

Oh no, I'm saying the girls should give up on them. Denver doesn't deserve a hot chick with the way they have been playing.

But on second thought, maybe just post lots of hot chicks for us to look at instead of watching Denver blow another game?

Man something wrong off the court! Guys are just not playing like they care.

This season's fate will be decided in this next game.

Yep, this game is everything. We win = we get home court again and hopefully win the 2 at home. We lose = *Hopefully next season gets here fast*

I would have thought having Karl come inspire the troops would have had an effect? Maybe the team actually does hate Karl and doesn't care? I think this team needs to clean house though.

On this side note (not in analysis of how they forget to move without the ball, share the ball, and box out), I am shocked at how easily Utah got into their heads. Utah got Denver to get down about themselves. To cast doubt on themselves. I liked when they at least had the fire to get technicals and bark, at least we had players with a fire and willing to battle.

Then suddenly they get instructions to be composed and they think composed means be silent, hang your head, carelessly wander up the floor with no direction, brick shots like they don't care to drive, ...........I mean I'd rather have our guys missing 90% of their layups and have a fire in them than watching them just play dead.

Obviously the Nuggets don't need us fans to get them down they did a good job of that themselves.

The "I give up" way of playing basketball has to be eradicated though. Immediately.

This team is pissing me off. It's obvious they need someone who motivates them all the time. They don't have the important self-motivation as a group... when that person who motivates is gone, they're in disarray.

I think the Thunder (that youngest team in the L?) has better self-motivation than this team. This is not only disappointing... it's embarrassing. It's like a bunch of teens who will only want to know their way and won't compromise... this is downright childish stuff people can't control their ego, put them aside for the good of the team.

I do think there's a small hope we can turn it around. It's small though.

The thing is we've seen all these players have mature, kick ass games without going overboard on the antics. They have comprehension of what to do.....but maybe not why they need to do it.

I had this thought of team is really retracting for 2010 all along this season when Stan just done nothing hard to get the pieces we need /he just tried little bit to keep fans occupy a though of FO is trying/.

I have a FEAR that guys just bought into looking ahead for the next season. Guys played like they are done mentally.

AA was good deal BUT Dahntey was the emotional motivator for this team last season and LK provided when really needed.

Still optimistic on things can turn around!

I want us to go really after WADE! He is losing his patience on MIAMI. We got to spend the $$$.

Even if Wade loses all his hair... ain't no chance we land him for full MLE... he may want to win, but not as crazy as Artest.

Trade? I don't think we have pieces to land him. KMart is expiring but we have little to offer... I don't think Miami would settle for J.R. or Lawson... or even if both are included. Besides, many teams have better offers for him than us.

Wade? wtf you smokin.

Work our core youth to the bone this offseason as punishment for our lackadaisical play in the playoffs.

AA becomes a Raja Bell.

Ty becomes Aaron Brooks.

Melo learns some high-efficiency moves from Dantley.

Nene improves mid-range jumper and learns to dunk the damn ball.

Petro becomes a legit backup C.

Time to see whether this team has any heart. As much credit as Utah deserves for having arguably the best PG and head coach in the league, the Nuggets really should be able to take care of them, particularly with their injuries. If Chauncey wants to lead, he can start by passing the ball, which this team apparently hates to do. I don't know who told him that he's D-Wade, or whether he has something to prove against Williams, but he's embarrassing himself and looking like the older but not wiser PG.

It's really going to be a shame if we lose this series and miss the opportunity to play a tired Lakers team that has its hands full right now.

I do agree with one of the above poster we IMO sorely miss D. Jones... Everyone says chauncy and/or K-Mart got this team going on the defensive end but idk Jones emotions and excitement to play defense makes yout hink he had alot to do with that as well...

to be fair, all we need is one road win and we're right back in the series.

but yeah, lose this... the series is all but over.

To be fair, the "scary good" Mavs are down 1-3 now... Lakers sputtered in the two losses in OKC and look damn beatable.

I'd been saying Spurs are making me nervous... I'm just glad they're on the other side of the bracket.

Win this and we're back in series.
