I just came on and realized there was no game thread yet, you are welcome to do the pictures and stuff, but that type of stuff is really not my thing.

The throwback game threads work for me.

I say we let the girl go in this game thread and if we lose, it will prove that we have lost every game so far this season without a gamethread girl.

Nene out, Melvin Ely in the starting lineup.

This is going to go well...

Karl always seems ot come up with some crazy lineups when we are short handed, but he actually gets them to work to often to really say it is a loss. Although I don't see how we can win with to minimumn free agents starting on the front line against the clippers.

Ely should be able to get as many rebounds as what Nene usually gets.

At least this lineup allows Melo to play the 3 spot.

Melo with a very efficient game.

A lot of nice passes tonight.

Good to see Billups not play in the 4th quarter.

Melo played great tonight. Heck, we only went with 3 off the bench tonight and all 3 of them stepped up. Harrington seems to be fitting into his role on this team quite well. Now if the rest of the team can get healthy, we might have something.

Craig Smith seems to always have a good game against us, and I was pretty impressed with Bledsoe. If he keeps playing like that for them, they don't need Baron.

Did anyone else catch the GK interview at half time? He said he is challenging Melo this year and making Melo step his game up, he said that he didn't do it for the past 2 years. How does this guy keep getting a pass for not doing his job? After the interview with GK, they asked Melo about it, and he said yeah GK is challenging me to do things in other area's and he has bought into what GK is asking of him.

He is clearly tired. Need to recognize his age and condition himself right! Talk to Nash or something....

Agreed on Melo, and the overall effort from all who played, especially in the 2nd half. Billups was even playing well for the most part.

i wonder how many people still think I am crazy for saying that Harrington was a good fit for what we needed?

Harrington is perfect off the bench...Team COULD be scary if it gets healthy and stays intact.

He was the best player available at the time for the MLE imo. People forget that he wasn't the Nuggets first choice to throw the MLE at, Haslem was, but he declined it to re up with the Heat.

very solid win considering our frontline situation.

hopefully can get some revenge in dallas tomorrow. though it seems pretty unlikely.

Yeah I'm liking Harrington so far. He seems to be hustling well and playing his role.

On a side note, our 3 best bigs are out and we're starting Shelden Williams and Melvin Ely. It's almost funny we won.
