let the kings hang 70 on you in the first half.

if everyone on the team isn't completely embarrassed and thus motivated after that....something's fundamentally wrong.

Now that Melo has had a couple of games to see the team play at full strength, do you think it has convinced him to want to stay?

Nah it takes more than one or two games at full strength.

Honestly I have been getting more and more disappointed with Birdman. He's getting beat, posterized, is not getting blocks and appears extremely slow. We loved him because he was effective enough to kind of replace Camby but now we don't even get the blocks and he's giving up so many easy points I'm seeing it throw off the rest of the team.

He's not even handling drop passes on the pick and roll.

With Kenyon building up to full strength and birdman fighting pain Karl needs to play Shelden Williams more often simply because it will create stability and the dude's at least fresh. Yeah he messes up too but something needs to stabilize and at least Williams offers us some bulk alongside Nene.

Not giving Melo a pass here just saying you're only as strong as your weakest link and birdman's star seems to be fading fast.

out with the old, in with the new.
remove Karl, then Nene, Bird, Melo, Billups (only keep if put into assistant coach role - even then, i'm not so sure) Carter, Balkman and Kenyon.
50/50 on harrington and ely.
Keep only Ty, AA, Sheldon, JR and Forbes. build on that.

They can all go for the right price as far as I am concerned. even in the really bad years, I have never had this much trouble liking a Nuggets team.

Agree.

Melo brought it when he came in but now he is draining the life out of it! Got to move on but in a best possible way, some patient would not hurt imo.
