if we can beat miami and phoenix by 62 combined points....we should beat cleveland by 45 or so.

with that said....

this one will be really really close.

and according to a lot of sources, this will be melo's last game at the PC in a nuggets uniform.

I do find it pretty ironic we're playing the cavs with the melo situation where it's at.

I think that it will be close too but it's hard to imagine us losing at home. Even though the latest interviews with melo including a Denver Post blog I saw earlier make me think that everyone might be too distracted.

Kind of disappointed this is coming to an end but I guess in the end you just can't keep some people happy. All I want at this point is a team that's happy to be in Denver, hopefully that happens sooner than later and we can go back to having meaningful games in the summer.

hey man these are the times that try men's souls......lol

I don't agree with Barkley often but it is true what he said how do they play against the teams with the lowest records.....

but you know there's still an energy among the whole team and yes even Melo so I'm hoping for a true effort tonight

8-) *bracing for disappointment*

GO NUGGETS

Cleveland will be without Daniel Gibson (ankle), Anthony Parker (lower back), Anderson Varejao (ankle/foot), Joey Graham (quad), Leon Powe (knee) and Christian Eyenga (ankle).

And we could still loose....

seems like you should've went with your first guess :P

This is what happens when the star waits until the off-season to bail on the team.

That was a close game from start to finish. It was good for the Nuggets because the starters got plenty of rest for tomorrow nights game against the spurs.

for a minute i thought we'd redo that whole 58 thing on poor byron scott.

but no lawson, and guys started playing 1v1 instead of 20 assists like the first half.

Good to see the ball movement in the first half.

I'm trying really hard to get excited about this spurs game the way we're playing but for some reason i just can't convince myself to be excited.

Nuggets going to win. Denver choked in the 4th quarter against the Spurs both times but they were in control of the games.

In the first refs bailed duncan out by calling 3 O Fouls in a row on Nene and later he fouled out. In the second game Nuggets didn't even had carmelo, IIRC. and they lost because Pop went zone and instead of using Nene to go inside-outside to kill the zone they decided to chuckle 3's.

This time nothing will save the Spurs. :D
