KEY MATCHUP:
Image VS. Image
Ty and Ray will have a challenge in rookie John Wall however the rest of the matchups are in the Nuggets favor and this is a game at home that the Nuggets should win. Nick Young is an explosive scorer so they must limit him and JaVale McGee is a solid athletic center, but Nene should be able to limit his production with his physicality if it returns from its 3 game absence. This is another game where depth should help if anyone decides to take the Wizards not as seriously as better teams. Hopefully this ends up like the last 4 games at home, although not as close as this last one.

Al Harrington via ESPN wrote:I think the biggest difference in our team post-trade is we try to defend every single possession. We don't give up easy shots anymore. After a while it wears on teams.

George Karl via Denver Post/Chris Dempsey wrote:I trust Al. He's had very good games and helped us have a strong season. Has the consistency been there? Players are going to say he's not getting consistent minutes, and I'm going to say I'm not getting consistent play. It's just part of the business

Easy win for you guys. It would be cool to see Mozgov get some quality, non-garbage time minutes.

I'm just going to watch the game for Gallo -- hope he gets a new career high around 33 points :D .

Good luck guys. Take care of Gallo and Timo.

Chandler is out with an ankle injury, Forbes gets the start. Gallo is already getting to the line, he didn't miss this many free throws with the Knicks.

gallo passive as usual, no clue why someone with so much talent just disappears for almost full quarters at a time

Gallo got hacked from behind the arc at the end of the quarter, this is the same ref that GK had problems with in Miami.

The other guy the Knicks gave up in the trade, Randolph, is having another nice game for the TWolves tonight, he is at 20/9 so far in their game.

yup, our coach is an idiot. he would rather have jared jeffries playing over anthony randolph because jeffries does whatever he says.

Gallo is donating 1k for every point he scores tonight to relief efforts in Japan, that is pretty cool. Get him the rock, this game is already over anyway.

I feel for you man, your team is really struggling and seeing things like that can't make it any easier. At the end of the day we are all just fans.

another 29 assists. and i thought the offense looked quite sloppy. lots of turnovers and funky possessions.

4 days off (that's a long time as a fan of a hot team)....and then the kings at home, and they'll be on a b2b coming out of phoenix. 30 point victory would be a disappointment, at this point.

Those days off will be good, the Nuggets have 3 players currently nursing injuries.
