Your take on Gary Forbes?

Post#1 » by postup » Wed Dec 14, 2011 10:52 am

Raptors fan here,
Not here to troll, but to get a read on Gary Forbes. We don't get to see much of the Nuggets up here, so I was hoping some of you could give us a Gary Forbes crash course: Strengths, weaknesses, etc. Basically, what can we expect from the guy.

Thanks!

Offensively, he's ok without being great. Pretty good at getting to the basket and drawing fouls. Hit most of his open shots. His decision making can be terrible though. A lot of times tried to do much and became a ballhog and didn't pass.

Can't think of him much on defense. He's a solid rebounder.

Would be one I would match if we didn't trade for Brewer and Fernandez. He was better than Kleiza in his time as a Nugget.

Kleiza had some huge games for the Nuggets. Not to mention some above average.
