Jazz, Nugget advantage

Alot of teams come through and play the Jazz then the nuggs or the other way around. Since this year most teams play on back to back have you noticed the advantage. Whoever plays the visiting team second has an easy game.

Example, last week the jazz lost to the clippers at home it was a close hard fought game, clippers won by a basket.
Next night you all blew out a tired clipper team.

A couple of nights later, nuggs lost to the lakers at home it was a close hard fought game, lakers won by a basket.
Next night the jazz beat a tired laker team by 10.

How much of this has to do with the elevation of both cities?
