Just make it competitive and somewhat entertaining.

Denver 101
Los Angeles 103

F / 0T

Steve Blake with the game-tying 3 to send it to overtime; Pau Gasol with the game-winning tip in overtime for the 103-101 win.

I predict the OKC-Mavs and LAC-Mem series will go 6 or 7 games

And what if the opposite happens? I didn't make the game 1 thread.

The Nuggets will probably get a win in Denver! Playing at that altitude is crazy!

I don't understand the negativity towards me by some posters; I have helped revive the Denver forum from a ghost town to a small village.

I'm here to spread good, positive vibes. I have been accused by some of bringing a "losing attitude" from the Toronto Raptors forum here....but isn't it better to be realistic than to live in a fantasy world?

We are all one. Same team. One goal. Different approach.

It could possibly be the fact that you openly root for another team, that you predict and post ridiculous sweep GIFs on the general board, and that you talk trash about the Nuggets on other team boards. Most of the fans left on this board are the die hard guys that made it through some tough times to be Nuggets fans, and live and die by this team. If you don't that is fine, but don't act like you do.

Also quit trying to give yourself credit for this board it is just sad, this board was much busier, but after a full year of attacks by Knicks fans, Nuggets fans getting banned for posting minor trollish comments on another teams board, and now a year where the team has decided to go the money ball route to eek into the playoffs this year and for the foreseeable future, fans are losing interest this year.

^^Okay, I got you. I will tone it down. If Denver loses this game, I won't start another game thread.

Keys:

1. Nuggets big men need to get rid of the soft label. Offensively, they need to be aggressive. Attack Gasol and Bynum. Make them play defense.

2. Galo has to stop forcing shots inside the paint. His games is the perimeter.

^^^ You must be the only person on God's green Earth who wishes for Gallo to limit his game to the perimeter. He had a very good scoring performance yesterday, was efficient and made tough shots. He showed some pretty good moves abd he should go on improving his arsenal and confidence in his post game.
He's 6'11, and he's defended by SFs. He should be taking them in the post every possession, especially since there's no one occupying the block since Nene's departure (10 mins a night of Koufos notwithstanding).

Maybe you should put something in a game thread post besides only a prediction that we will lose the game in OT if you want a more positive response from other posters.

1. Gasol and Bynum didn't play defense in the first game? I must have missed that.

2. Gallo is far more of a driver than you are aware of apparently. Since joining the Nuggets he has been more successful when driving and not just being a spot up shooter.

Looks like George Karl learned something from Phil and Popovich about how to handle refs in a playoff series. We have seen them complain about the refs after playoff losses in order to get them on their side the rest of the series for being put on watch. Hopefully it helps. Does anyone know how much credibility the claim has though? Was it being constantly missed by the refs?

The refs definitely did make a pathetic call on the Faried's technical. They will probably hear about that when the league rescinds that today.

So they didn't in the first game? What the hell were you watching?

Really interested to see what Ty does. The only path to the next level is through the playoffs.

At least the Nuggets decided to actually show up and play with intensity tonight, maybe they can make a series of it.

I have been wondering if the Nuggets take a nap at halftime, it seems like 90% of the time they all come out playing like **** in the 2nd half, regardless of what happens in the 1st half.
