Wolves will be in the market for wing players and could see you guys moving around a couple of guys. Our front office has come out and said they hope to be aggressive.

Derrick Williams + Martell Webster(cut for guaranteed salary under $1m) + #18 for Gallo?

I know that there's been a few trades out on the trade board, but I think Gallo would be a great fit here.

Wilson Chandler would be someone I could see us going for if his hip checks out, but wouldn't give up Derrick I assume.

What are some pieces your team could be interested in(outside of Love/Rubio and probably Pek)?

Sorry to say this and it might hurt Timberwolves fans but I think Derrick Williams is a bust.

I know he's still young but he wasn't really good at all this season. Even when Kevin Love went down he didn't step up at all. He's not a potential type player I'd be willing to risk Gallo for.

Gallo on the other hand can be so good for this team when he's driving and dishing.

Its waaaay to early to call him a bust. If he doesn't improve in 3-4 more seasons then he is a bust but for now he is just a rookie that needs only a little more time.

I agree with you on Gallo tho. We have seen glimpses of what he can become if he is consistent enough. so yeah I wouldn't trade Gallo for Martell and Derrick either.

Call him a disappointment if you do not want to call him a bust, but I have not seen anything from him that screams future all star.

Personally I would not trade Gallo for anybody that the Wolves would be willing to give up.

I would do something like Chandler and a 2nd round pick for ridnour and their 1st though. they need a sf, and we need a backup pg.

yeah i wouldn't do this, gallo is just a better overall player. I like williams but i don't think he can become a lot better than he is now. As for wilson chandler, I wouldn't be opposed to trading him for the #18 and maybe wes johnson. Did you guys pick his option for next season? I wouldn't take him if so because he is going to be making about 5 mil.

I like Dwill a lot but wouldn't trade Gallo for him. Too early to call any rookie in this class a bust imo. Basically no training camp, no rookie league... Everyone was thrown into the fire, but rookies especially so.

He's shown flashes of being a very good player, really had some nice games as the season went on. Think with a full training camp, rookie ball, he's likely to have a very good second season imo. Doubt he'll be a superstar type but I see him being an all around good player that brings 15 ppg or so

Derrick Williams had his opportunity when Love went down. Who took advantage of the PF spot being up for grabs?? Anthony Randolph....not Derrick. He had that one good game and I picked him up for my fantasy team and then he did a whole lot of nothing for the last few weeks of the season.
