Stub hub tickets safe or scam?

Im going to be in denver and wanted to see a nuggets game.
Searched stub hub and found some good tickets for the orlando game 23 each club se tion 218..
I understand that these are normally at a higher price so i wonder if any of u knew how legit these could be? There are several similar seats at the same price.
