I see 12th win in a row tonight.... I love the way Denver has been playing, although I would like to see a more consistent defensive effort....

We get to see the mistakes of playing Corey Brewer too much in the 4th quarter and not having a center for defensive possessions tonight

gosh these chicago announcers don't know what they're talking about.
you can't tip in every jumpshot that comes near the rim. if it's a legitimate shot that has a chance of going in...you can't touch it. the cylinder does not matter in this situation. stop talking about it.
if what noah did was legal, then we'd just plant mcgee under the rim every game and have him jump up and dunk in every single jumpshot we took.

IMO, your streak is over, period. Nuggets didn't win, the refs did, Nugs were credited with a non-loss, imo.
I hate to be *THAT GUY* but a healthy Bulls team would easily defeat the Nuggets and we wouldn't need the refs help to do it.

Chicago might be able to beat them if they learnt of the goaltending rules

46 secs to go and Koufus clearly goaltends and is not called nor reviewed, yet Noah gets called for a goaltend???

Haven't the Nuggets won the last 4 games against the Bulls? By the way injuries are a part of the game, as is getting called for goal tending. But keep complaining that you lost due to refs actually calling Noah for doing something against the rules.

Cool, guy. Thanks for the input.
Anyone else instantly think of that playoff game two years ago when OKC won on a blatant offensive goaltend by Perkins? In that regard, this win felt great.

in regards to koufos:
Section I-A Player Shall Not:
c. For goaltending to occur, the ball, in the judgment of the official, must have a chance to score. the ball was clearly bouncing out of cylinder, with more than half the ball out of the cylinder....with no chance of going in.
in regards to noah:
Section I-A Player Shall Not:
g. Touch any live ball from within the playing area that is on its downward flight with an opportunity to touch the basket ring. This is considered to be a "field goal attempt" or trying for a goal. pretty cut and dry rule. it was on the downward flight of a clear shot attempt, and there was no question that on it's current path it would hit part of the basket. he couldn't touch it...nobody could.
we've been on the bad end of some basket interference non-calls, believe me...
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vwyV7eyCUmEthe ones in this game were correct.

There were bad calls/non calls throughout the game.
Andre Miller didn't travel. That would have ended he game there.
Noah pushed off on virtually every offensive outback and Chandler where he pushed him out of bounds. He even pushed with both hands McGee on that slap in. Refs make those calls he fouls out and Nuggets win by 10+

Did you not watch the very next play? It was identical with Noah tipping one in that was coming off but still over the cylinder. If you wanna cross off Koufus's, you have to be fair and take off Noah's and it doesn't matter then.

On another note, was Ty Lawson hung over from St. Patricks day? Scott said he had "flu like symptoms this morning". I hope it was actually the flu and not too many Car Bombs because whatever it was, it clearly made him play like ****. At the end of the game they should have pulled him for a big instead of leaving him to take the last shot.

I think Ty's defense is looking suspicious from a while now. I'm fine with him having a bad night offensively, it happens, but I think this lack of focus on the defensive end can hurt us in the playoff run.
Personally I think it will be very difficult for us to have the HCA in the first round and I'm trying to figure out why there's such kind of difference between the way we play at home and on the road.
Probably we'll play the first playoff game in Memphis and we'll know what it should take to beat them: good 3pt/mid-range shooting, limiting TOs, good defense on PnRs and on the 3pt line.
