Knicks @ Nuggets

Post#1 » by eathb_au » Fri Nov 29, 2013 3:47 pm

Melo return game, but draft picks wise probably the most important game we will play all season.

With their lack of interior defense because of Chandler being out, it should be a good matchup for us. Defend the 3 and abuse the post.

hmmmm....

hoping its such a crushing defeat that it kills every ounce of morale and sends the knicks into an even worse tailspin....that ultimately nets us a top 5 pick.

I got a bad feeling about this one. Melo drops 40.

i'm more worried about jr. melo will get his usual 30, but if somebody other than him contributes, then it's a ball game.

Terrible second quarter.

Wish Hickson could play a hint of defense.

Hopefully we can finish this one out without Faried....Noticing how infrequently Nate passes once the ball is in his hands

Nate could pass much more, but one thing I am noticing in this game is the way the Nuggets are running the P & R right at the Knicks knowing they have trouble defending it. Much different then anything you usually saw with Karl

I really do not understand why Shaw put Nate in for defense and then wasted a timeout right after.

If it was someone who was taller than 6" in that possession, it would be our ball.

Wow Foye stops Melo to end it, I never thought I would say that.

Shaw's Karl impression of a midget lineup in the most crucial moments worked as Foye blocked Melo's shot lmao.

I am a little glad it was close at the end, anything outside of the Knicks winning to buy Woodson some time with the Knicks. he may be the key to helping us get that top lotto pick.

Also it was a little nice seeing Melo finish out the game with the last shot for a nuggets win, brought back some good memories, and he saved us once again.

Lil too close at the end but I'll take it. 3 point shooting has been a nice boost this season but low scoring 4th Q's will burn this team.
