From what I've heard, Gallo should be ready by training camp, although I don't expect him to be at 100% until around Christmas/New Years, that's just my gut feeling.

As for expectations, I'd like to see Gallo hit the 19/6 mark. I don't think he's a great rebounder, so 6 is within reason and the 19pts should be attainable, I would like to see him get into the 20's which he is capable of.

According to his words, his knee is stronger than ever... he lacks the court but he should be ready for the start of the season.

Gallo looked like he is the leanest he has ever been, on every facebook picture he posted this summer. I think he is in excellent shape. Of course his playing style will always be an injury risk but any player can get injured any time. Denver's success will mostly depend on him, Lawson and Faried, and how well Mozgov (and McGee) can play. Good think is that all those guys are still relatively young and should be able to improve.
