it'd be an absolute shame to lose to this team without those two guys.

That's a bit of disrespectful to the Thunder, they still have some weapons. It's not like we dominated a woeful Pistons team. I do think we can pull this out but I don't think it'll be a cake walk IMO.

Is Reggie Jackson playing tomorrow ??

come on now, let's be realistic here.

they have two top 10 players in the west and they're both out. disrespecting them would be downplaying what they bring to that team which is 50+ wins. without their help, the next few months will be grim for their fans and they should be prepared to simmer their expectations.

it might be a cake walk or it might not. all i know is that if we lose this, at nearly full roster health, it'll be extremely disappointing.

jackson is likely to start tomorrow.

We should win this game. OKC's roster is probably bottom 5 in the West without Durant and Westbrook. It's gonna be a rough month or two for them and the division is suddenly wide open. If I'm not mistaken we play the Thunder again in November too. It'd be huge to start out 2-0 against them.

Our offense is projected to be the 29th worst in the NBA without KD and Westbrook, and that's only once we have the likes of Lamb, Morrow, Jackson and McGary back healthy... Fully expect to see you guys destroy us today, regardless of whether Jackson and Lamb return.

Don't underestimate your opponent and I'll think we'll be fine. A lot of this game will be mental.

Arthur is the worst offensive big we've had in a long time.

Pathetic half. Apparently no one on this **** roster can make a jump shot? Ty needs to quit being a pussy.

They weren't ready, shows you how mentally weak this team is after 1 game of the season.

This team has no identity.

It can't even run anymore.

Maybe Shaw is a terrible coach that can't coach an offense.

Gee needs starter minutes on this team, his man-on-man defense is the best since Iggy.

Screwed up defensive matchups.

Needed someone taller than Afflalo on Jones.

Deserved to lose.

Wtf did I just watch? If they play anything resembling competent basketball in the first half, they win this game. At least we saw some signs of life, I guess. Ty finally looked like himself again. And that Gee/McGee lineup was solid defensively.

i saw 12 PLAYERS out that that needed to do that.

i'm sure shaw was well aware that the thunder would come out sharp and play extra hard, and if the nuggets didn't match that they'd get buried. and they did. no focus, lethargic basketball thinking the game was gonna come easy.
