I have been very impressed with Malone in his first year, but now see a side that makes know we have the right guy !! Most coaches would only reflect on the team as a group of players, his reflection is also on himself and, presumably his staff. There is always room for improvement and growth, it shows strength IMO. Good read on our coach, leader and the future.
