Arthur likely to opt out, TC would like to reward his loyalty
http://www.denverpost.com/nuggets/ci_29822068/2015-16-nuggets-player-breakdown-darrell-arthurI feel how he fits in going forward depends on what the Nuggets do in the draft. If they take a PF high they need to let DA walk to create room for him. Currently the front court has 3 young players who deserve playing time plus Faried and then Arthur. I see another 3 year dealing happening for a guy who ends up near the end of the bench.

Either Arthur or Faried, but just can't see both especially because Jokic might play PF for a few minutes and Lauvergne is better suited as PF than C --- probably as a backup. Add in a rookie, maybe, just too many bodies at PF.

This is slightly off-topic but have you guys heard of the "Pay the Pick" season ticket offer the Nuggets have going right now?
http://www.nba.com/nuggets/news/pay-the-pick-042816Basically if the Nuggets win the lottery, you get season tickets for $1 per game. 22% chance of paying $3 or less per game, and the worst case scenario is essentially $7/game. They're terrible seats, but I'm seriously tempted.

Smart marketing ploy unless we win the lotto and it turns into a hot ticket. Decent gamble though and kind of a win-win on their end.
As for Arthur, I would like him back if we move Faried because I think he bring a lot of veteran leadership even if he is buried on the bench. I think coaches have loved him here because of his great communication skills on the floor and smart defensive play. If he isn't back here, I hope he gets a chance to contribute to a contender. I have felt like he could be a nice complimentary piece off the bench next to a low post presence.

Finally a smart marketing move!
