And now we called Hernangomez back from D-League, WTF! Is there some trade, are we missing all Cs and PFs?

Adams sure took advantage of the mismatch when Faried came in at the C position

Time to bench Mudiay. 0-9 and no real aggressiveness. If you're lacking confidence, coach needs to make a change. Problem is, he'd just go to Jameer, rather than Jamal.

Mudiay sucks. The 2017 draft is loaded with good talent especially at the PG position, we should be looking to make the most of that

If the plan is to run the offense through Jokic, than we have our PG of the future on the roster in Murray. Going through Jokic most of the time will take full advantage of Murray's shooting, he is great at moving without the ball, he is a good enough defender, and even though he will not likely be the flashiest passer and slasher he is already good enough to work perfect with Jokic.

That being said this team just seems to decide every night at half time where they are going after the game and forget that they still have to finish the game.

Ideally, I'd like my starting PG to also be a good playmaker. Having two guys that will move the ball like that would do wonders to an offense. Potential to be Goldenstate-esque in terms of ball movement.

There is an article posted in the Murray thread, it explains and shows how well he passes and makes his teammates better. The thing the Nuggets have pushed with Mudiay is how he can make some of the difficult passes, and when he is being aggressive he does it well. I am just saying that the Nuggets don't need the flashiest passer, they have that with Jokic, they just need the PG to be able to create at a slightly above average for a PG and the offense would be very comparable to the Warriors. Curry is a great shooter, one of the best to ever play the game, but he is only now getting to the point where he is a flashy ball handler and passer.

"Goldenstate-esque in terms of ball movement" is absolutely ideal. PF, SF, SG, PG all take turns bringing the ball up. Their bench SF, SG, PG all bring the ball up. Not all have GOAT handles, but they are all pretty good. The Nuggets have Jokic who might have the best handles for a center and sure surprises me (and some opponents) plus PGs while Gallinari & Barton & Harris aren't too bad. But the team goes out of it's way to toss the ball to Nelson first then Mudiay and usually nobody else. Then they pound the ball. It's what the coaches seem to want - very old school, but doesn't work as well these days. Then again, our offense is pretty good (probably better than that even) if you look at the stats.

My biggest complain on offense is they run the ball threw Jokic, for a while and then start pounding the ball and playing iso-ball.

The Nuggets' real problem is defense. Last night's game had several examples like when OKC had a fast break running and Denver had two guys near the baseline on either side of the lane, neither one moved into the lane and OKC had a nice easy slam dunk. Neither of those guys was close enough to the corner 3s to have stopped them but they didn't try to stop the drive.

They are leaving for that London trip tonight or tomorrow, so I would expect he is going to be on that trip. I also expect a trade to either happen today before they leave, or nothing to happen until after the game in London.

Predicting what our FO is going to do is an exercise in mind-busting. For all we know, they'll trade them to Barcelona while they are in London and we'll get back a couple of good soccer players.
