Doesn't the Nugs interest in Millsap prove the FO is cluless?

Is JoshBoy II so desperate to just make the P.O.s that he would give any Nuggets players of real worth for an almost 32 year old guy who, while being a clear defensive upgrade at PF, is averaging in 34 MPG: 17.8 points while taking more shots than anyone on the Nuggs - 14.6 - a pedestrian 8.2 boards for a PF, with FG% of .440 and a 3PT% of .322.

I'm asking just who would you give up for him and, whomever you say, just how much, if at all, could he possibly improve this team?

At 20 million this year with a 21.5 million Player Option for next year.

Mostly ownership wants seats in the seats - playoffs would be a plus

Well, it appears Nurkic is on the market, that'd be a start.

I wonder if the seats would also come with a star like fullz on the nuggets. the hype might be as strong as joel embiid on the sixers

The likelihood of the Nuggets getting to draft in the top 3 is slim-to-none, especially with all their lottery luck divined by the NBA gods.

We have the assets to be in the running for a star trade, but one hasn't become available. We're hoping someone like Paul George or Anthony Davis becomes available but it's not happening. Milsap is very good and can be had for cheap since he's a FA. If all it takes is faried and a minor asset to get him, do it. Gives us a piece that should put us firmly in the 8 seed and gives us the inside track to re-sign him. Guys tend to love Denver and want to re-sign after playing here, but brush us off if they haven't.

Yes the Nuggets front office and Josh are clueless, this is just another example of that.

So, if the Nuggets were successful in obtaining Millsap for a player(s) and a 1st round pick, how much less likely would you be to continue to follow them the rest of the year?

Let's hope they're inept enough NOT to get this done !

You may not be happy with the job the FO has done, but I do think TC has gotten good value on his trades for the most part.....albeit those have been from the SELLERS perspective.

WOW!!!

Given the kind of posts I've been suspended for here in the past, I certainly think your highly offensive personal remark above deserves such treatment, though I'm sure it won't.

If you don't believe that JoshBoy calls the shots on trades rather than Connelly - or if there is big money involved, Silent Stan - you are incredibly naïve.

And, if the Nuggets trade talent AND a 1st round choice for Millsap, I WILL stop watching them for the rest of the year and, then, I MAY stop posting here.

I grew up A White Sox fan living a block from Cubs park a long time ago and I consider "fans" who blindly support stupidity, year after year, decade after decade, to be mentally defective.

So, you must enjoy being suspended, you'd think you'd learn.....What "PERSONAL" remarks are you referring to ?? , I was addressing your posts...although

And if you think TC sits on his ass and his only job is to do interviews, I call you more than just naive...I do believe Josh signs off on trade proposals, I'm sure most owners do. But Josh also oversees the Avs and other KSE ventures as well, so he needs his GM's to do the legwork for him.

That would ALMOST make it worth my time to root for the trade, but I'd bet you'd still be back anyway. I do agree I do not want to give any 1sts in a Millsap deal, hate to see Nurkic go as well, but we'll see if it even comes to fruition,

Well, guess that explains a bit of the attitude, glad you can share ..... but didn't the Cubs just WIN the World Series ??? Long wait but worth the wait for the TRUE fan
